Meeting Anna

Asu P.O.V

Arriving in New York this unsettling feeling didn't settle down it actually became worse.

"Are you feeling unwell?" Mina asked with a worried face as she reached for her cellphone " should I call Sandra?" 

I shook my head and force a smile " No that will only worry her" Mina was the witch that Sandra found to style my wigs she knows the truth about me but has a witch contact signed and unless she wished to die the most painful and horrific way possible, she wouldn't talk 

Her worry deepen " Asu I can tell you're lying is been 2 years now I can read you like an open book so please do not try to fool me with that smile" 

That hit me I wanted to drop my act and say I wanted to go but " I can't, not when they are cameras around"

her head snap up remembering where we were in the middle of the shoot " Ah, oops"

I laughed softly and heard many snaps " Hm?" I looked around and saw everyone in the set looking down on their phones "That was weird"

she snorted and rolled her eyes " Yeah, weird, anyways let's keep going so that you can rest" she looked around and saw that they weren't ready yet " I'll call you when the photographer is ready again" she pushed me to the dressing room 

I was confused but I needed to lay down reaching my door there was a loud thud from the corner of the hallway and a small whimper letting go of the doorknob I walked in the direction of the noise and saw a very heavily pregnant lady or should I say a she-wolf clutching her stomach and I red string that began to her belly going to the direction I came from I ran to her.

" please" she looked at me with pleading eyes " help me"

"MINA!" I yelled " hold on ma'am" 

the moment I touched her she managed to somewhat relaxed and the fear in her eyes began to diminished she clutched my arm with all her force that could have broken off a human's arm in half I didn't bother to yell out of pain at her touch this wasn't the time for that  "breath in and out don't be scared okay the pu-baby will be fine and so will you all you need to do is breath okay?" 

her tear-stained face looked at me with and nodded there was something in her eyes that told me she knew I was a wolf but before she could ask me anything Mina was already here and so was the father of the pup the red string was tied around his ankle 

"My" Mina gasped snapped her fingers confusing the rest " take her to the hospital" she urged and pushed forward the man 

"I can't!" she yelled " the hospital I-"  she yelled out in pain clutching tighter my arm 

" MIMI!" her mate was frantic not knowing how to help her his world was falling apart. 

Mina looked at me and I looked at them I had to make a decision even if meant revealing who I am the she-wolf named Mimi looked at her mate " Mina" I spoke looking at the very swollen stomach " open the portal and send them to their pack immediately she needs help and if we wait any longer than this the pup and herself will be placed in danger" I can't see my kind like this my heart tighten.

"Asu!" she gasped " I-"

both of them looked at me in shock Mimi suddenly let out a scream directing our attention back to her.

 " Mina NOW!" I commanded her " its and order"

she bowed " yes right away your highness" 

" high-" Mimi wanted to speak but had another contraction hit her way.

"thank you," her mate said looking at me with a frown he knew something was wrong " although we are strangers thank you for helping my mate and my pup I swear I will never forget this" his voice was commanding and full of authority there is no doubt he was an alpha and she was the luna.

I smiled " go now" 

He picked her up with ease and she instantly relaxed in his arms I was in awe at the power of the mate bond but her hand was still on my arm holding me with so much force not wanting to let go.

"love let go we must go" he tried to be gentle pulling her away but she wouldn't budge " you are hurting the girl" he gave me a glance knowing well it wasn't. 

Her wolf was reacting to Celene she didn't want to leave our side this couldn't go on the pup will die at this rate I gently yanked her arm off leaving me with a red almost deep purple print on my skin I pulled my hand behind trying to hide the fast rate it was healing " go, for the sake of your pup and your mate it will be okay and the pup will be a healthy little one I promise you" I caressed her belly feeling it kick but it didn't cause any pain to the mother " be a good little pup and hold on a bit more" 

She smiled her face no longer held any pain her mate, on the other hand, was in a state of surprise with a mixture of confusion blinking twice trying to understand the situation.

"GO" I pushed them inside " and when you return here do not mention what happens for Mina has already taken care of it" 

he had no chance to answer when the portal closed and I felt a very strong emotion coming from behind me " Save it I know what I have done but It couldn't be helped or would you have rather his mate who is none other than the luna of his pack and his pup die?"

she let out a long heavy sighed followed by a groaned " No obviously not, a wolf without his mate will either die if he is lucky or will live in complete darkness indulged in misery"

I clenched my fist dying is considered lucky when you lose your mate, it's described as been ripped from your heart and soul, growing weaker and weaker as time passes by, I looked over my already healed arm.

I heard a slap " I am sorry I didn't mean to bring that up" she apologized 

I nodded " let's not mention this to my godmother just yet" 

"As you wish," she said politely " but how did you know he was the alpha?"

I smirked " the tone of his voice" he was probably worried about his mate's and pup's safety to be fair it was suspicious.

" he dared use such a tone with you!" she was mad " why that son-"

" Mina" I turned amused " language"

"oops" she covered her mouth then her eyes went wide " wait, no one can hear us I froze time"

I laughed that she fell into my lie. 

" Asu!" she was bright red "hmph" she stomped away snapping her fingers again resuming time

I laughed as she tried to walk away angrily but stopped to look if I was following her she reminded me of Kim with her gesture. Kim. I look at where the portal was open.

Mina, when I met her I knew who she was her powers, were very intriguing the ability to stop time was rare to have, even Godmother was shocked when I told her about it, it amused me even more that she didn't know until I told her.

"I wonder if we will cross paths again?" I spoke out loud remembering how she relaxed in his arms

" do you want a mate now?" Celene teased 

" Nope, I love my freedom thank you very much"

she laughed fading to the back of my mind again.

the shoot took longer than I had anticipated it turned out that the alpha I had met a few moments ago was the CEO of the brand I was here for " is the night!" 

Mina laughed " hungry?" 

"starving" I corrected getting in the car " I am in the mood for some meat"

" want to go to a restaurant or hotel?" she drove and laughed.

" hotel I need to freshen up " and the car sped up on the highway the feeling intensifies as we got to the hotel that Mina had to help me get into my room 

" I'll call San-

"ASU!"  the sound of my godmother's voice in panic alerted me "we need you!"

In a flash, a portal open I turned to look at Mina who was relaxing from her defensive position  " make an excuse of why and how I left godmother is calling for me" I quickly grabbed my bag and entered the portal with my suitcase following me

"WILL DO!" Mina yelled 

 "THANK YOU!" I yelled back 

I was pulled into a hug by a bloody Kim, my heart sank " What happened?" I feared the worst

she pulled away from her eyes red and puffy from the crying " I found this girl whose coven was attacked while I went to pick up some herbs I couldn't leave her just like that when I got there she was the only survivor and I helped her but" her lower lip quiver she wanted to cry again " she is badly hurt I brought her back here as fast I could to mom but, mom can't save her either and I" she trembled 

I grabbed her trembling hands "shhh calm down Kim" and godmother came into view with a grave look on her face

 " How is she?" Kim asked pulling away from me. 

she shook her head and Kim stiffen " she won't make it through the night she was poison," she looked at me with a concerned expression and I knew where this was going 

"let me see her" I looked at Kim who pulled me to the room where she was laying in, then it clicked my feeling earlier was because of this young girl the moment my eyes met her roundish face made my heart ached at the terrible state she was in her breathing was shallow her forehead was sweating buckets " what in the world" her clothes were burned and ripped in places and completely drenched in blood, alarmed I pulled Kim to examine her and sniffed finding a surprise. 

"it's not mine nor hers" she assured me and I had already confirmed that it was from a wolf a rogue to be clear. 

the girl hissed beside me turning my attention to her sleeping figured she was in deep pain.

" Asu" godmother entered the room " I can't save her and Kim can't either" 

I froze " No," I said sternly.

"Asu she will die!" she yelled 

" If I give her what you want she will die too!" I yelled back " she may be a vampire" both were shocked that I knew without her waking up " but even they have witnesses that could kill them if I give her my blood she will not die not then not EVER!" 

"Asu please" Kim begged, " I know is cruel of me to ask you but please save her!"

this was the first time Kim had asked me for something but my mind was set the image of Kim from back then flashed my mind " No" I said firmly " I won't condemn her to this!" 

something warm and sticky grabbed my hand I freezing me in place and saw the same expression on the others slowly turning to see her blue eyes stare deep into mine showing me her will I knew that will of hers all too well.

"P-ple-please help" she struggled " I sw-swear I will not hold in against you i-is my cho-choice no matter what the con-consequences are so please I want to live"

My shock lasted me for a minute before it was replaced by a frown "I" 

"Asu she voiced her choice" Kim spoke more composed 

I stared at the girl even if the pain was consuming her insides right now her eyes never showed any fear or any lie within her words " it comes with a heavy price"

she shakily shook her head " I figured as much" and smile a weak smile her lips were now a pale blue color " But even so my mind is set if it means to live and to repay all of your kindness I will take it"

another stab in my heart Kim's words resonated in my head, I grabbed her cold hand and placed in between mines giving it so warm " you will be forever bound to me" I revealed to her with pain in my voice 

she showed no shock or disgust but only trust and understanding " I will gladly take that" 

"even if I am a wolf?" I asked her already knowing her answer. 

nodding weakly " even so"

" Celene" I pleaded 

"I feel no malice coming from this child so Asu it's up to you I will agree with what you wish for but if you do be careful to clean that knife because even Sandra's power will not be able to camouflage the scent of your blood"

I let out a sighed the weight of my conscience was weighting me down " give me the knife" 

"Yes!" Kim rushed to me with the knife in hand " here" 

I didn't have to look up to see her smiling face to know she was full relief I grabbed the silver handle with encrusted golden roses on it placing the golden blade against my skin slicing the palm of my hand and hovering it over her mouth she opened her mouth slightly as the hot thick blue liquid run down my palm forming drops as they fell into her mouth.

"Blue blood?" she looked at it mesmerized as she drank my blood the gash that was there was now closed the last of my blood that was on my hand entered her body I fell on my knees receiving all her thoughts her emotions but it was worse for her she flopped over the bed clutching her chest and gasping for air my blood was bounding her chaining her soul her heart to this world and me her eyes flashed blue and I felt a snap making both of our heads fall back with a scream when it's over I am left completely drained with a blurry vision I tried to focus on the girl whose wounds were completely healed and everything went black.

" you almost hit your head over there" Celene voiced out and the moment her voice came out the darkness surrounding me transform into the beautiful snowy meadow 

" I figured I would it always drains me" I sat next to her 

"  I was worry that you will be harmed but that girl catch you" she was impressed " she is quite fast I like that"

"of course you do" I grinned "but anyways if it wasn't for her I would probably be waking up with a major headache "

She laughed and we began to enjoy the serenity of our little meadow 

"Asu" her voice was serious, " I think is time to return I feel uneasy now that Kim had to fight "

"Kim will never-

"No is not that I know she wouldn't but is this feeling I have been having since we master our powers plus I miss them" 

"Yes I also miss them" I mulled over what she said " we can return now I won't let anyone touch you anymore"

"Kim and you are " I sighed and nod "thank you, Celene" 

her tail began to wag and her eyes shine brightly I couldn't help but smile and laid my head on her paw and she carefully placed her head next to me drifting off to sleep.

When I open my eyes I was in a room with dark shades that barely let in any light groggy I got up rubbing my eyes noticing that my contacts were already burned off from that time and my wig was also gone might as well shower I have no idea what time it is but going back to sleep is not an option grabbing a pair of swears and a crop top I headed to shower once done I looked for my phone to not only see that I kept a whole day but that Mina had text 

                                                                    " Done, darling!" 

well one thing is done now, I looked at the door for the next part heading downstairs where a considerable amount of noise was happening 

"NO, LET ME DO IT!"

" NO KIM LET ME DO IT!"

"HOW ABOUT YOU BOTH SIT YOUR ASSES DOWN AND LET ME HANDLE THIS!"

"NO MOM" 

I stopped abruptly mid-step Kim said mom, come to think about it Kim had called godmother by mom the other day a smile played on my lips " You finally did it Kim" I whispered " good for you godmother"

" NO, LET ME DO IT I HAVE TO THANK YOU ALL FOR-

"GIRL SIT YOUR ASS DOWN YOU JUST RECOVERED!"

and all this yelling ruin the mood I pinched the top of my nose annoyed. 

"BUT OF YOU QUIET YOU'LL WAKE ASU UP!!!" 

I snorted and walked into the kitchen not surprised to see the kitchen utensils were up in the air and that they were about to launch themselves on each other but stopped when I came in, ignoring their stares I went to make myself my tea pouring hot water over the black tea letting steep while I grabbed the milk and condensed milk taking my first sip of hot tea made me feel better turning to see them STILL frozen I and no sign of breakfast I growled as my tummy grumble from hunger they flinched and gave a small smile that quickly disappears reaching out to grab a bag of cookies that were in midair making my way to the seat in front of the chimney it seems like breakfast will be late " when you're done playing I expect an explanation" 

"GEH" Kim grimaced 

as I sat down I heard the bowls fall making an awful lot of noise I twitched annoyed and heard steps coming behind me " you seem a lot better," I spoke without turning "What's your name?"

"Yes, is all thanks to you your highness" the girl came forward and bow " I am Anna Rowell"

I grimaced " Asu"

"huh" she looked at me confused 

" My name is Asu and you don't have to bow" I smiled "Anna" 

she smiled in return finally noticing her porcelain skin, brown ashy long angled bob haircut, blue eyes, slender but she was a petite girl, roundish face, had a good amount of thighs round but and has a bit of bust " Have you considered what you will be doing?" I already had an idea 

"yes" she spoke " I will follow you to the end Asu" 

I remained quiet I expected this much and looked at her before I could speak. 

"You understand the risks right?" I got up and she nods " well not that it matters since you already consumed my blood"

her eyes remained fierce " Now I know why your blood is blue"

" I am sure you know everything about me since my blood touched your lips" I walked toward the window 

"I have seen all your memories Asu when your blood touched me everything from who you were before and who you now run into my mind, you are my savior and the one I should follow to the end" she spoke in a determined voice " You need an explanation"

I nodded her forward and we all sat down in front of the burning fire.

"My coven has  lived here in the mountains for centuries without going unnoticed that was until two years ago groups of rogues were increasing we didn't pay attention to it at first finding rogues in this area was common but we never had any problems with them but we noticed it far too late that we were being targeted many young girls had begun to go missing and when the warriors went out to look for them they only found death waiting for them, for none of them return" her voice sounded far away as she looked into the fire" then he came forward with no explanation what so ever began to attack our coven we were not ready for that attack my father was the leader of our coven and having lost my mother sent me away with the rest of the young vampires I was tasked to take them out of the mountains been trained to take over the coven I had enough back up on my own but most of them didn't know how to fight and their powers hadn't fully been mastered"

"He?" godmother questioned 

Anna nodded without looking at her " yes, the alpha of the pack of rogues he was the one who attacked us he introduced himself as Maximus before he launched himself onto my father" she smirked " when my father was in battle he yelled out to me urging me to run and take the young ones out I didn't notice until we were there that it was all a trap, we were surrounded by many of those mutts they began to circle us and I was the only battle combat-ready I took as many as I could and told them to run as I distracted them but" she closed tightly her eyes and clenched her hands into fists 

"they killed them off before they could even run away" Kim finished looking at her with no emotion in her voice 

"Yes," Anna breathed and open her eyes" I was distracted when one of them shot me I was about to die but before that one of them came forward close enough to smell me his eyes were cold as he shook his head and got out of the way and that's when Kim found me"

"They smelled you?" I asked her scrunching my face with confusion. 

"Asu prepare to live now!" Celene urged "go to the city and stay away from the woods!"

"Until Anna is done, I don't sense any danger"

"dammit alright!"

"Asu?" they all asked 

"I am fine, continue" I looked at Anna and Kim

"When I came to her rescue they were about to kill her I killed the one I assumed now is Maximus came forward he was a very large wolf no doubt he was an alpha he came out of nowhere when I moved to Anna's side to protect her he caught a sniff of my scent" Kim looked at me anxiously 

I didn't have to look at godmother to know she was also furious.

"He did what?" godmother was angry 

" I killed him of course so don't worry, mom," she said defensibly " but before I did he demanded to know what was the source of this smell"

I saw her fighting a smile at the mention of the word 'mom', I almost smile if this wasn't a serious occasion.

"Did he had time to mind link anyone?" I asked her calmly crossing my feet.

"No, I didn't give him time" she smirked, of course, she didn't.

"Kim killed him off before he could even make a move"  Anna defended Kim making me smile 

"I know Kim will finish off anyone if it meant any harm to me" I frown as I looked at my godmother who was lost in thought " Celene is right" I got up 

"is time to go" I looked out the window "these woods aren't safe for me nor anyone here for that matter" I stood in front of my godmother " can you erased everything here including this cabin"

she looked up " I'll be destroying everything don't worry" she got up and left 

"Where will we be going?" Kim asked as she and Anna got up 

I walked towards them grabbing both of their hands it was funny how even after a few minutes of meeting Anna I already felt so attached to her and how she also felt so natural speaking to both of us as if we know each other for years, Kim was like that too the moment she saw me. 

"Well since woods is a big NO-NO, we might as well go to our house in New York, it's a big city so" I looked at Anna who nodded with approval 

"yeah I want both you and Anna out of here" Kim looked at us letting go of their hands I turned to leave when both of them cough. 

"Asu" Anna called out 

" thank you for giving us another chance at life" Kim finished 

I stopped and turned to see them smiled with complete sincerity and tears overflowing their eyes, I shook my head " thank you both for not hating me"

they looked at each other and nodded my eyes went wide when I saw them kneel.

"Kim, Anna there is no need to make it" I spoke 

"let us make the vow Asu" Kim looked at me with a stern expression enabling me to say no.

I letting my feet lead the way I stood before them.

" We swear with our life's with our souls' and our hearts that we will protect the last blue hybrid, our  queen our god, we swear our allegiance to you, Asu my our blood be enough to protect you my queen" they vowed

Sandra who I didn't know was already here came forward with a glass of water in her hand " I Sandra, godmother of Asu and mother of Kim serve as witness what has been vow shall never be broken if broken the guardians shall die most painfully" 

the red and orange flames in the chimney changed to blue ones I felt my eyes shine and raised my hand instinctively I raised my hand towards the water molding it into a heart-shape diamond 

"with this diamond embedded into your heart " Celene and I spoke pushing the diamond inside their heart painlessly "will serve as proof of your vow if broken it shall shatter consuming you with the most crucial pain as its shards will sink deeply into your heart poisoning it, what has been vowed to me I shall accept, rise my guardians" 

they got up and made a small bow before looking at me " Yes my queen"
