The moment Marcel walked into the building, the dire closed behind him. He immediately froze.
Was this a trap? He wondered as he closed his eyes and used his wolf senses.
“You do not have to do that here, Marcel. This is a safe space.”
He heard his mother speak and that made him to open his eyes almost immediately and he saw that the place was lit.
“Mum?”
“Yes, baby. Welcome home.”
