I saw the girls ganging up, their face contorted into mischief. My heart jumped as they approached closer, and I just knew that they wouldn't hesitate to use pour that poison on my face and body.
Just as Carly raised her left hand, the door opened and Ryan entered, followed by Ricard and Ross. The girls instantly drew back, shocked to be interrupted by the boys. Even I did not expect them to be back so soon, still I was grateful.
"Hey," Leah started weakly. "Good afternoon guys. How are you?"
"What are you doing here?" Ryan demanded instantly, not giving them a chance to be demure. "We didn't ask you to come here."
They laughed awkwardly. "We just wanted to stay with her so you guys can rest since you've been hanging around her so much."
