Viktoria was seated as her eyes was on the smart screen that's used in teaching but her mind on Andrio who happened to be in the same department and level with her.
she wasn't concentrating as what transpired between them still lingered in her mind.
she bit her lips and let out her chuckle
"Are you okay, Miss Viktoria Makessa"
The lecturer asked and she felt embarrassed with the way about forty pair of eyes stared at her
"I'm okay ma'am"
she responded
"let's continue" The lecturer said and continue her lectures
Viktoria felt a pair a pair of eyes on her and she turned expecting it to be Andrio but it was Alejandro who smiled at her
Alejandro was her ex who cheated on her Cecile
she rolled her eyes and looked at Andrio before looking away
No one need to tell her twice even the blind can see that
she's in love with Andrio Reggani

Esmeralda walked towards the garden, she was alone at the moment in the garden and that's how it has been, most people tend do other activities at their leisure time talking to their friends
Lalisa was always with her boyfriend during the leisure period
she was still lost in her thought when she bump into someone causing her to hit her head on his chest
she withdraw to meet his blank gaze while her hands was on her forehead, one would know that she was wincing in pain
"Are you okay, are you hurt"
The armed men around him asked and he nodded staring at the lady who bumped into him and dare not to apologize
"Shouldn't they be asking me if I'm okay, I'm sure he must be someone in high authority, I should leave before I get into trouble"
she thought and turned to leave
"Wait"
His voice made her stop on her tracks
she turned to be his gaze
"you should apologize right now, you bumped into me and leave without an atom of remorse", he said and she looked at the ground avoiding his gaze
"I'm sure if I avoid his gaze, he will leave in anger"
He was angry due to the fact that she ignored him, it was unlike any lady he had come across with
They would scream, gawk at him some will even faint at his sight but here is she acting like he's invincible
"I'm sure you heard what I said, now apologize"
He said a and esmeralda wondered how she was going to inform him that she's mute
"Can't you talk"
He flared and that got her in tears, his anger and presence was something she could cry about
He was stunned as he witness her sniffed as tears strolled down her cheeks
He had never expected her to be in tears all because he raised his voice at her
Lalisa got to where they where and stood beside esmeralda
"I'm sorry Andrio Reggani but my friend can't respond to you because she's mute"
Andrio was stunned but covered it up with a blank expression
"Then she shouldn't be in this college, Royal college isn't known for harboring student with disability, that's why they're college for the disable"
Esmeralda stared at him still in tears, her eyes pleading with him to take back but his but he didn't spare a glance
He walk away and his guards trailed after him
she sniffed as tears kept strolling out of her cheeks
Lalisa hugged her tightly as she comforted her
"I'm sure he just said that to scare you, you aren't going anywhere okay"
This words didn't stop esmeralda from crying
she remembered her father words
"If Royal college expel you because of your inability to talk, I'm sorry to say you'll just have to drop out because no other college will accept you and I can't let my child attend the college for the disabled, I also can't let you have a tutor so as to not get out that you're my child"
she freed herself from Lalisa hold and made her way out of the garden.
she followed the same path he went but stop as it led to the diamond building
she couldn't go in so as not to create another trouble for herself.

Alyssa walked into the lecture hall with her friends, her eye searched for someone and on seeing the person, she smiled
walking towards the young lad, she took her seat beside him and he turn his gaze at her
He was Mescal Jaberi
she had a crush on him ever since their first year of college, her friends Gina and Paula knew about it and always advice her to inform him to know where she stands
she has gotten the courage that she needs for that, that was always her excuse
"Hey Mescal,"
she said
"Hi Alyssa, how was your night"
He asked being the concern person that he is known to be
"It was fyn," she responded "I've been meaning to invite you to my party, well not mine actually but my sister and you know she always host the best party in the college"
"Well it depends on the day, if its this weekend then I'm sorry I can't make it, I'll be in Bahamas with my cousin"
He said
Her face dropped as she nodded in disappointment
"Okay but next time, you'll have to attend if my sister or I happen to host a party, you owe me that"
Alyssa said
He nodded in agreement which made her smile
Standing up, she made her way to where her friends where seated as they had a smile on their face
On seeing the frown on Alyssa's face, their smile dropped as they knew things didn't go as planned
"He had to be in Bahamas this weekend"
Alyssa slumped to her seat and laid her head on the desk fixing her gaze on Mescal who was so concentrated on his phone.
