“Give me a chance to sit down,” Keith said.
“Sorry.” Alan gestured towards the chair in front of his desk. “It's just that one of your staff gave me the impression you had learned something really important to the case.”
Keith closed his eyes and shook his head, as he lowered himself into the chair.
“That would be Janice, the latest member of our team. She's a lovely lady and very keen about her new position. However, she does tend to over-dramatize things a little.”
