After Zane and I left our other teammates while in disguise, we went directly into the forest. We were in the middle of the woods when we felt the fog getting thicker and thicker.
‘What is this?’ Zane asked me using telepathy.
‘Just follow my lead,’ I told him. ‘A powerful sorcerer cast this spell. I guess the Queen is not alone on this island.’
‘What do you mean?’ Zane asked me again.
‘This kind of magic can be found only in the Devil’s Lair, and I’m excited to meet the one who uses this power,’ I smiled foolishly. It seemed that I was excited, and that meant that I could take the power that any witch from the Devil’s Lair has.
“This is going to be fun,” I said and continued walking.
‘Hold on, Yexa. Don’t forget that I’m here with you!’ Zane looked at me, still using telepathy
