Violently, the tornado pulled us off of the ground and swept us up into the clouds of purple and blue lightning. I held onto Jason and Sam's hands as tight as I could. Sam had a hold of Mariah’s hand, and she had her brother’s other hand. We all looked at each other in fear as we spun around in the violent wind.
