Jason stares at the door as Vanessa left, he sigh heavily. He was really excited that he finally met Vanessa again but the disappointed look on her face was one of the reasons why he was scared of showing his face to her when he came back to New Orleans.
"Stop staring at the door. You're making other customers think you're weird." Olivia, the waitress working there with him, whisper in his ear.
Jason snaps out of his trance and turn to Olivia.
"What do you think about her?"
Olivia chuckle. "She sure looked disappointed when she saw your dressing."
"Yeah, she looked really disappointed. My advice to you is to forget about Vanessa and move on with your life." Wayne adds.
Jason shakes his head as he replies, "Vanessa may be rich and classy but I know her right from childhood and she's not that kind of person that looks down on people."
"Are you sure? Her face shows otherwise." Olivia says, raising her eyebrows at him.
"I'll definitely get her, you'll see." Jason responds with a look of determination on his face.

Vanessa gets to work and go straight to her office. Slumping down on her office chair, she sigh heavily and let her mind drift to Jason's cute face. His features have really changed over the years. His looks wasn't what she was expecting at all but at least it was better than she had imagined.
Her office door opens and Daniel, her personal assistant walks in.
"Good morning, Miss Hilton." he greets with his feminine voice.
"Morning, Daniel and thanks for bringing the files yesterday." she replies, still absent-minded.
Daniel peeks closely at her face before asking. "Are you okay, Miss Hilton?"
Vanessa turns to look at him. "I'm fine, Can you buzz Natasha for me? I need to talk to her."
"Alright, Miss Hilton. Here's your schedule for the day." he says and hands her a sheet of paper before leaving.
Few minutes later, Natasha comes in.
"Bestie, what's wrong? Daniel said you look like you've seen a ghost." Natasha says as she takes a seat opposite her.
Vanessa sigh. 'Daniel can be such an asshole sometimes.' she say in her mind.
"Tasha, you won't believe who I just saw this morning."
"Lemme guess - Jason Turner. And he's a rich billionaire and wants to marry you now."
Vanessa looks at her friend with shock evident on her face. "Bad ass b***h, you guessed it half correctly."
Natasha c**k her eyebrows. "Don't tell me he's still a middle class lower."
"He works as a coffee maker in the new coffee shop I told you about, I met him this morning." Vanessa explains.
"Oh no no no, that's totally unacceptable. No wonder you never found him on social media. He probably doesn't have a smartphone." Natasha jokes and the two ladies burst out in laughter.
"We'll be meeting later this evening."
"For what?."
Vanessa shrugs. "To catch up on old days."
Natasha shakes her head. "I wouldn't advice you not to hang out with him but never forget your status." she stood up to leave but then she adds. "He's a middle class lower and doesn't fit well you."
With this, she left. Vanessa sighed, closing her eyes and slowly opening them.
"I just wish things were different." she mutter before continuing her work.
