“How did you find me there? It’s in the middle of nowhere?” I asked Ximena.
I watched as she shut the windows and curtains of the motel room she took me to.
“Well, I’ve been following you. I saw you get taken from your job. I lost you on your way to the black sight. I followed the guards back to the pack house, and that’s where I heard the coordinates and the Alpha’s orders. So you’ve got a boyfriend they don’t want you reuniting with.”
