Maverick POV “Maverick put me down, I’m not a pup,” Odessa whined through the mindlink. “No way.” “Where are we going?” She replied. “To get you cleaned up, Wildcat. I’m not sure I want to know how you got like this. Was anyone chasing you.” “Not exactly… I think I got carried away when I shifted. I didn’t want to get caught.
