-Ethan Owen-
The previous Friday night, I decided to stay in my hotel after completing a business deal.
What I had not expected was for a woman to rush into my room and mount upon me on my bed.
"Take me," she begged, her voice alluring. Her hands reached over my robe to strip it off.
I was stunned for a moment, not knowing if she was a setup sent to destroy me.
I am a billionaire CEO in Dominic City. Although my parents were pressing for me to get married, and they even arranged a bride for me—Freya Dallas, who was my father's best friend's daughter. Her grandparents and my father's parents were close friends. So because of this, my family wanted me to marry her.
Freya was a model here in Dominic City, and she anchored as a television broadcaster too.
I had an aversion to women. I felt they didn't love me and were only after my money and fame.
In short, I hadn't taken a liking to anyone. I hadn't been in a serious relationship either. It was just business and empowering the youth in Dominic City. My family was among the top elite, and we had the government's support to create more companies.
Owen Group had many registered companies, and I was always busy. So I decided to rest over after sealing a deal with Stone Group the previous night, as we wanted to collaborate on a new business venture to empower the youth.
What I hadn't expected was for a woman to barge into my room. She was slim, she smelled nice, having an alluring voice that made me aroused instantly.
Before I could yank her away from my bed, she drew my face and kissed my lips. Her lips were intoxicating, and I didn't know if it was the drug that she had been induced with.
Before I could pry her off, my hands firmly held hers as I whispered into her ear.
"Don't blame me for doing this. I will keep the video evidence." After saying that, I swirled her on the bed and laid upon her.
The next moment, I made love to her, and she was a bliss in disguise. I hadn't felt such bliss before. It made me wonder if I was missing out on women and if I should keep her. At least, I didn't know her, but since she was a good girl on the bed—as her moans made me take her over and over again.
I assumed offering her a check as my personal whòre was worth it. Before she declined. I thought about my tech company. I needed a tech developer, but my sister was a pro, and she was just acting proud and wanting me to pay her triple of what I paid the others, but I didn't want that.
But I wanted this new woman as my secretary. I wanted her close to me. I couldn't believe she was a virgin either.
I tried to get her out of my head, as I like to stay focused. But it was hard. I missed the warm feel of her body, and I didn't want to pull away last night.
Shaking my head to snap out of relishing her body, I got into the elevator and rode down to the lowest floor of my five-star luxury hotel. It was a magnificent ten-story building.
When I walked down to the parking, I met Pete Edward, my assistant and chauffeur, and he greeted me with respect. "Good morning, Boss."
"Morning. Why did you come to look for me?" I asked, as I didn't send for him. I was a bit worried that he would have seen Eva nàked, but I was relieved that she had taken her dress that I threw on the floor and used it to cover her chest.
"Um, sir. It's about the Stone Group's business collaboration," Pete said as I walked with him to my car—a black Rolls-Royce Phantom.
"What about it? Jacob Stone agreed to the deal last night for us to partner and also to join hands together in working on the software development," I said, but Pete nodded.
"I understand, sir," Pete said as he was a 30-year-old man.
"So what happened?" I asked Pete, seeing that he had something more to say. Just then, I saw Eva Brooks rushing out of the hotel. She didn't take a look at me in the driveway; she ran out speedily like she was under fire, but I couldn't stop staring at her until she was gone.
"Sir, the young woman from last night. You asked me to check on her background and who she is," Pete said, his voice trembling as I shifted my gaze to peer at him.
"Yes. What about her?" I asked Pete calmly, to which he replied, "She's Jacob Stone's fiancée."
"What?!" My eyes widened in shock.
"You're joking, right?" I asked, but Pete shook his head and brought out his phone. He showed me photo evidence of Eva and Jacob in love—up-close romantic images together. Her recent graduation photos featured her and Jacob. He was standing next to her, holding her waist as they snapped more loved-up images.
"How come? But she's a..." I hesitated to tell Pete that Eva was a virgin.
"Find out what happened. I want you to arrest the woman who drugged Eva last night," I said, my voice firm, and Pete nodded as he put his phone away.
"Jacob Stone was furious this morning when he went to check on your hotel suite. Seeing me arriving and the bodyguards present. He found out it was you, and he wants a cancellation of our business collaboration," Pete said at last, and I laughed.
"Jacob is the one who came to me for collaboration, and now he wants to cancel the deal. It's fine. Grant him his request, but he must pay me for canceling our business deal," I said as I made an attempt to enter my car.
"Alright, sir. One more thing," Pete said, and I stopped and peered at him.
"What's it?" I asked, to which he replied, "Your dad insists that you come home today."
"I know. I'm going there," I said as my expression darkened. I knew my father wanted me home, as he wanted me to marry Freya Dallas and to discuss when the marriage date would be fixed. My paternal grandmother was also refusing to take her medicine.
"Take me there," I ordered Pete as I pulled my car door and hopped into the rear. Pete got into the driver's seat and drove out of my luxury hotel, but I couldn't help but think about Eva Brooks.
She was Jacob's fiancée. Didn't she know that Jacob was in my hotel last night? Well, she was drunk, so how would she know? I exhaled, but my phone rang aloud, startling me as Pete drove ahead to my parents' house.
It was a beautiful Saturday morning; the sun rose above the clouds, casting bright lights around. I pulled my phone to see who had called me as the sharp ringing tone disrupted my thoughts.
It was a call from my sister, Angelina Owen.
Sighing, I answered her call. "Hello, sis."
