The Wiser Magic Pony
Sandalwood that looks so thick, makes it a little challenging to reach the waterfall that Minion said a few minutes ago; with a golden dagger, he cut off some of the tendrils that adorn the Sandalwood plant. The waterfall gate was in sight but, Theophile still couldn’t reach it.
‘You know how much a leader goes through to earn the title and the best name? You have to try your best to achieve it all, the hurt, the pain, the failure, the disappointment. It’s all waiting for you even though you never imagined it before.’
Theophile closed his eyes for a moment as she took a deep breath, letting out all the negative energy that was in his mind. A few seconds later, he felt a shadow figure that calmed him down a bit—the image of his late mother seemed to be there accompanying him and trying to appear encouraging him.
A distinctive smile that calmed the emotions made Theophile slowly realize that his parents had always been behind Theophile even though they had both died a long time ago. The two of them were always around, and knowing Theophile’s plight, they knew Theophile wasn’t a crybaby. Theophile is just often insecure about his personality.
“No, we have to keep going even if these tendrils look like goddamn bastards,” Theophile muttered as he showed his true self.
The two sharp cute fangs instantly grew along with the long nails all over his fingers. In fact, it only took him a little time to decide a few times to tear and bite the vine until it was completely cut off. And he did really well until he came to a gate that was so grand but mossy.
A spell was inscribed on the gate, a sign that it was the way to open the gate; however, Theophile had to underline a rule that the spell had to be recited with an intention and a pure heart that was absolutely undeniable.
“Deschide poarta sfântă, vreau să cer ajutor... Deschide poarta sfântă, vreau să cer ajutor... Deschide poarta sfântă, vreau să cer ajutor. ”
After a while, the gate vibrated and moved slowly, splitting into two pieces and creating an opening for Theophile to enter.
A sleeping pony with white fur appeared to have awakened to the realization that Theophile had come there looking for her.
“What are you doing here, Young Master?” Greet the magical pony while flapping her beautiful wings, which are encrusted with eternal diamonds.
Theophile knelt before the magic pony and put her hands together pleadingly.
“You don’t have to worship me for a favor, Young Master,” said the magical pony as she sat back down gracefully.
“Can you tell me where the forbidden valley is, magic pony?” asked Theophile then.
“Forbidden Valley?” repeated the magic pony, “Why did you go to the forbidden valley, young master?”
Theophile took a deep breath. “I’m in more serious trouble, Magic Pony. My future child and future wife were kidnapped by Vanyacia, and I’m sure Vanyacia must have tortured them both.”
“Then, what do you expect if I tell you the whereabouts of the valley?” The Magic Pony replied.
“I’m willing to give you anything you want, Magic Pony. Even if you ask for thirty percent of the wealth I own,” Theophile replied resignedly.
“Why are you all alone? Don’t you have thousands of troops?” asked the Magic Pony for the umpteenth time.
“I’m just not calm. They’ll counterattack a week later while I’m afraid that the two people I care about are being tortured by a cruel Elf like Vanyacia,” Theophile replied.
“Do you love them both so much that you insist on going alone? How much do you love them both?” asked the Magic Pony.
“Beyond my love for myself, nothing even compares to the presence of the two of them,” said Theophile.
“Stand up, Young Master. I don’t want you to worship me like that because I am not the Moon Goddess. I want you to understand that I’m a magical pony that’s been locked up in an eternal chain. I can’t be of much help to you. If you wish, you can break this eternal chain with a spell written in Dutch at the top of the waterfall,” said The Magic Pony.
Theophile raised one eyebrow in confusion. “At the top of the waterfall?”
“Go up there and get a bottle with a yellow silk seal,” replied the Magic Pony.
“Alright, I’ll take it right away and ask for help.”

“Young Master, these chains are starting to loosen!” exclaimed the Magic Pony with such a happy face. It even looks so sparkly.
Theophile smiled and breathed a sigh of relief. “Finally, the eternal chain opened as well.”
“Thank you very much, Young Master. Now get on my back. I will take you into the valley. However, I will only escort you to the front of the gate because I can’t go in there.” The Magic Pony sat down, motioning for Theophile to quickly get on his back and fly with him.
“Instead, I should be the one thanking you for wanting to help me, Magic Pony.” Without thinking any longer, Theophile immediately mounted the body of the magical pony, and they flew together towards a place called the forbidden valley.
The magic pony flapped its beautiful wings, allowing Theophile to see how beautiful the forest was from a height enough to make you scream in terror. Theophile didn’t care about that. He cared more about the face of the enemy he was going to face later.
“Young Master, is your future wife an Elf? If he was an Elf, where did he come from?” asked the Magic Pony.
“She’s only human. She might be seriously injured if I don’t help her soon,” Theophile replied.
“Then is the child she is also carrying a human?”
“I can’t say for sure. I just hope that they both survive.”
