Sworn Brother Part Two

Violet Qin was the only doctor in the Gurukul, she worked for the Guru, and as a doctor, she often saw patients who approached her after being severely injured.

According to her experiences, usually, a fight would be responsible for such injuries, a fight of such calibre was rare, so it piqued her interest.

Moreover, this is the third person whom she saw severely injured.

Her relationship with Mona was quite close they could be called best friends in modern times.

Hearing the Violet Qin, Mona looked at her and replied: " yes, but not the last one, there would more people coming here, hope you have enough beds ".

" Damn it, What happened? " Violet Qin asked as her curiosity increased, she looked closely at Mona for the answer.

Hira and Mercia were her assistance, they helped her in all kinds of chores, from taking care of patients to cleaning and maintaining hygiene.

" One more? Mercia, did you hear we have got one more, why the hell did they have to pop out now " Hira complained.

" What could we do about it? Just assume it as our bad luck, hurry up, we have to finish the work, else we may not be able to attend Jin's birthday "

Mercia replied as she sped up in arranging the current bed.

Then they moved on to prepare the bed for Xavier.

After they did their work, they hurried towards the Xavier and co.

" Miss Violet, the bed has been arranged " curling up her hair, Mercia said.

" Ok, take this patient there"

Violet Qin nodded in response, then she looked at Xavier and said: " follow them to the bed, I will be there in a minute".

As the duo showed the way, Xavier and Mona followed, soon after reaching the destination, Mercia said: " Sir, please lay on the bed ".

The blood-soaked Xavier did not struggle and laid on it, then Hira brought a cup filled with a grey coloured liquid and a handful of cotton with him.

Mercia took the cup from Hira, she dipped a small amount of cotton in it, after doing that she slowly rubbed the cotton onto Xavier's wounds.

" aa"

Xavier struggled in pain as he jerked back as soon as the cotton touched the wound, he felt the sharp increase in pain when the cotton touched his wound as if someone rubbed salt on his wound.

" Sir, please control yourself, it would be a little painful"

Mercia warned before continuing to use the liquid to treat Xavier.

After she completed her treatment, Xavier felt his pain subsiding, not only it's limited to pain, he also felt his wounds were not bleeding anymore.

Seeing Xavier's astonished face, Mona said " that was a famous healing potion created by Dr Violet herself "

Dr Violet? Xavier was not foreign to this name, she was a lot famous and considered as the second-best doctor in the surrounding kingdoms.

However, Xavier was surprised that the potion that used on him was personally made by her, even though there were many potions which claimed to be made by her in the market, most of them were fake.

" Is she here?" Xavier asked since he found her potion, he thought that he could even found her here.

" Dragon112, how rude of you, you just met her a few minutes ago and you even forgot about her" Mona teased.

That Woman! hearing Mona, Xavier noted.

" Who is missing me? "

As they were talking about Violet, the person in question appeared giving a big shock to Xavier as she carried a bunch of sharp needles in her hand.

" Violet, who the heck would miss your ugly face? ", Mona replied casually.

No one took it seriously, everyone could see Violet was a beauty with especially her eyes under specs were charming and she looked damn attractive.

" If it's ugly then let it be, move aside I need to treat him " Violet walked next to Mercia and held one of the needles in her hand.

" Sir, you need to remove your shirt," Mercia said without even needing the instruction from Violet.

Then treatment continued until, all the needles were pierced at his back, then after ten minutes, Violet removed every one of them one by one.

It was a painful procedure for Xavier, however, he trusted Violet. She was known as the second-best doctor for nothing else if her treatments were not effective.

Time passed, soon Violet removed all the needles, and when the last needle left his body, he felt as if he was drifting in the air, his body felt much lighter, his face also regained its colour, before the treatment he looked tired and powerless, but now he looked vigorous like a tiger on the hunt.

" So now tell us, what happened? why the few of you are heavily injured? "

Violet was still sitting on her two legs on the back of Xavier when she asked.

Deciding not to hide anything Xavier began to narrate the whole series of events from the day when accidentally discovered a community of God Tora while walking on the road, he good them about Viva, about Chicken23's situation and so on up to the event where he was saved by Mona.

At the same time when Xavier finished his explanation, a commotion took place where Xavier and Mona appeared after they teleported from the hall.

The commotion did not escape from Violet who was chatting with Xavier, she looked at Hira to confirm what is going on, understanding her intention, Herald walked away.

Surprisingly, it did not take even half a minute for him to come back, as soon as he came back he said: " Mojo is here, he brought a severely injured person along with him".

" I have to go" Violet stood up abruptly, however before she even took a step forward, by standing in front of her Mona interrupted her.

" I will also come" Opening her mouth, Mona said.

Violet did not refute, moving a few steps to the side, she began walking, Hira and Mercia also followed.

Then Mona looked at Xavier and said " prince, you can rest today but tomorrow as a punishment you have to attend training with increased difficulty, and also if you are going to do something like this again, inform me beforehand "

Even though Mona carried a smile under her veil and her voice was soft, Xavier felt chills.

" I am going now, take care" before Xavier could open his mouth, she left.

After everyone left Xavier found peace of mind, finally, he thought that he could take a rest, so laying on the bed, to take a nap, he closed his eyes.

Suddenly, a voice rang in his left ear, Immediately Xavier opened his eyes and found a familiar figure squatting next to his ear.

" Chicken23, what the heck are you doing, keep the distance "Xavier yelled.

Hearing Xavier, while moving a few steps away Chicken23 stood up.

" Sorry, brother I was just over-excited after looking at how that gatekeeper treats you "

Chicken23 reasoned.

" Gatekeeper? Who is that? and how come you are here" Xavier asked.

" Brother, are you kidding me? You were just talking to her "

With a surprised look, Chicken23 replied, then he pointed his finger towards the left bed of Xavier and said: " I did not come from anywhere, I was here the whole time".

" you mean Instructor?" Xavier asked in doubt.

" Yes it is her, she is known as the gatekeeper of hell among us trainees, Brother I am disappointed with you as being a trainee yourself, you don't even know that," Chicken23 said as his face expressed his discontent.

Aside from Golu and Molu, Xavier did not interact with any other trainee until he met Dragon63 and Chicken23, so it could not be helped that he did not know about this matter.

Xavier could not bring up any answer to Chicken23, while he was still thinking about the reply he should give.

Hearing Xavier's words, Chicken23's eyes lit up, as he replied: " I am willing, I am willing to be your brother ".

" Then from today onwards, we are brothers"

Xavier declared.

However, Chicken23 was not satisfied as he said: " That's all? "

Xavier nodded.

" Brother, when two strangers become brothers, they would perform a ceremony like exchanging drinks, don't you think we should something similar," Chicken23 suggested.

" That's a good idea, but we don't have any drinks, if you could tell another ceremony we would do that "

Xavier accepted his suggestion at the same time he pointed out that they are not in some bar or something.

Hearing Xavier, Chicken23 was also thinking about it, suddenly his eyes glittered as he said: " Brother wait!"

The next moment, he rushed to his bed and brought two cups, one was filled while the other was empty.

In front of Xavier's eyes, he poured half of the green liquid from the cup which was full to the empty one.

Offering one of the cups to Xavier, Chicken23 said: " Brother, take it. Let this medicine be proof of our brotherhood"

" it's your medicine, how can I gulp it down, you won't be cured faster if I do that" Xavier refused, he could tell that the medicine was severely bitter just by the looks and smell.

" No brother, don't think about me, I will be fine, cheers"

Forcing himself, Xavier raised his cup to his mouth to gulp the medicine down.

" Stop! Stop! Brother"

The sudden shout from Chicken23 surprised him, and he stopped his hand just before his mouth.

" Sorry brother, I forgot to swear to the god "

" I, Clark swear in the name mighty god of lust and reproduction, henceforth I will live or die for my brother"

Chicken23 swore, then he gulped down the medicine.

Even though Xavier did not believe in the gods, he was touched by the sincerity of Chicken23, he no longer hesitated before gulping down the medicine in his mouth.

As expected, it was bitter, without minding it Xavier looked at Chicken23 and said: " Brother, you should not have sworn "

Replying to Xavier Chicken23 said: " Haha brother, I did for my sake and nothing else, don't bother about it, here take this and drink to your heart "

Eventually, Chicken23 poured more medicine into Xavier's cup.

Fuck! I got tricked.

Xavier understood that he had no way to refuse, he had to drink the bitter liquid, he gulped it down in a single turn.

As Chicken23 was ready to pour more, Xavier opened his mouth as he enquired: " I don't see Molu, how is he? ".
