“Large caramel hazelnut mocha double shot of espresso, with a pinch of brown sugar and cinnamon.” He says as she dutifully takes his order, then looks at me. “Oh she’ll have a medium almond butterscotch espresso with a pinch of nutmeg. We also need 2 plain croissants and 2 glazed doughnuts.” He says, causing me to bristle at the fact he ordered for me. She nods, taking the croissants and doughnuts out of the case and hands them to us. Kai pays and we make our way to a table. I glare at him as we sit and he smirks in response.
