PRESENT TIME I groaned loudly as I stood up from my bed. My eyes felt swollen and I was groggy. I had barely gotten any sleep last night and it wasn't from lack of trying. I had weird dreams when I slept. Voices in my head calling me a strange force pulling me to an unknown destination in my dreams where a tomb lay. The face of a strange man that I was supposed to finish up, and me at strange places with strange people. The dreams started when I clocked ten. My parents thought it was something I had watched on TV that affected me. But when the dreams continued and I started hearing voices while I was awake, I was sent to a psychiatrist.
