It's been a few days since I showed up at the castle and saw Isolde and Petra escaped. Vida has been itching to attack the castle but I wanted to take my time.
I wanted to keep them on edge. They sure will be expecting me to attack and doing the exact opposite will frustrate them.
My mind had been constantly replaying visions or memories. I had been reborn a lot of times and sometimes, a random memory would just pop into my head.
I heard the sound of footsteps and the door opened.
"Where have you been?" I asked Vida. She shifted nervously on her feet but I ignored it.
"I-I-I'm...I went to look for food" She was definitely lying.
"We have not run out yet" I stayed simply.
"It's best we do not run out" she walked away before I could ask another question. She was damn suspicious but sh
