Nightmare

Zunna’s POV

Back to my apartment. Can’t wait to share this news with Anna. As soon as I arrived i parked my bike then rough in my apartment searching for Anna. “ Anna I have a great new” I called out her name with a wide smile on my face but no one responded so I went straight to her room and raised my hand up to knock on the door but I stopped in the air, remember she is at school “God, I think I’m gone crazy cause of excitement” I said while slapped on my forehead.

Laughing at myself I went to my room and order something to eat because Anna will have her lunch at school so I don’t need to cook.i order pizza and drinks for myself. Once my order delivered and I started eating alone.

I spent my whole afternoon by reading details information about my duties and responsibilities being an assistant in my room so I can be a good assistant. I en’t noticed how the time travel when Sounds in pull me back it’s probably a came back from school. Lifted my head up I look through the window, sky getting dark, sun already set.

I put down those information which I was reading on the table and headed out to make dinner.

Once I’m done making Anna came. She’s already changed into her night clothe. We started eating dinner and talked about our so called a day. I told her I got a job and will start working from tomorrow she congrated me and excited as well as I am.

Once we finished dinner, I washed dishes and Anna cleaned up the table then we wish eachother night before went back to our own room. I went to take a quick shower and did my routine then went to sleep.

As soon as my body laid down on the bed my brain started thinking about tomorrow. Yeah tomorrow is my first day at work, I’m really excited also want to know who is my boss, the person who I suppose to work with, what kind of person he is , his look and character. Till now I haven’t meet him yet.” Tomorrow i will see it myself” closed my eyes I don’t know when sleeping took over me.

Standing under the heavy rain, wrapped my cold arms around myself while droplet water run over my trebling body looking around unfamiliar place. there’s only a long empty road . Rain continue falling none stop , loud thunder screaming make bright line out of the darkest sky .” Where is this place? Why I’m here? Where is other people? I don’t know where I am, How can I come here?” so many unanswered questions running in my brain. Then I heard someone callings my name “ Zunna” that voice is so familiar make me turned around immediately.

As soon as I turned around my eyes meet two figures standing not too far , smiling at me that made my heart warm. My tears started streaming down my cheeks.

Right now I’m both sad and happy. I’m sad because it’s been so long that I saw them and happy because right now they’re standing just few metres away from me. “ ma_mom dad” I almost whisper and my voice is cracked. I want to hug them and tell how much I missed them every second of my life , how hard I struggled without them but my body is numb I can’t move. “ mom , dad” I called out with wide smile and tears still streaming hopeful they come near and embrace me but soon that smile leave my lips when I saw the expression on their faces turned from sad smile into gloomy. “what’s wrong?” I asked While tried to move near them but they didn’t answer instead turned around and walk away “ where are you going?” i asked and my heart started beating fast in fear but still no one answered “dad, mom!” screamed while looking at two figures walking away from me” No! Please Come back”i shouted and started crying out, I try to move but my body is so numb , now I feel so weak and hopeless, don’t know what to do. I struggled to move but still can’t. Their figure disappeared little by little leaving me hopeless”No Don’t go!!” I screamed and opened my eyes in fear.

Sitting on the bed staring around my room. “it’s just a dream” I said and raised both of my hands to cover my face. I closed my eyes tightly to get these images out of my head. My throat is so dry, my body is still trembling, my forehead full of sweat.

I took a long breathe then open my eyes. My throat is so dried so I get up to drink some water to calm myself dawn. Looks at my phone I took it and check the time It’s 5 in morning but I can’t sleep anymore so I decided to take a warm shower to calm my nerves.

After took a long shower I did my morning routine then went to make breakfast. Once I’m done I went back to my room. Check the time then get myself ready for work.i wanted to wear Something comfortable but professional. I don’t want to embarrassed myself on my first day of work. Here I got a tight silver skirt and white shirt. Get myself ready I went out and headed to the company.

Diana had already told me where I suppose to work so I took elevator and went straight to my desk. Remember an accident in this elevator with that jerk , I rolled my eyes and choose public elevator. I don’t want to repeat silly mistake. Pressed on top floor and let elevator lifted my up . A moment later elevator slightly open and there’s already few staff , some of them were having their morning tea or coffee and some just were set and working on their desks. I greetings them then went straight to my desk and started working.

After awhile Diana came . We greeted each other then she gave me some files that needs Mr. Kenny Ryan’s signal when he comes I have to give it to him. And I also have to inform him about Schedule for today. So today I’m gonna meet my boss.
