Kiara’s POV

I became numb after hearing his deep voice. But I knew that now there was no going back, hence I decided to face him with all the guts I have and I turned only to find the devil with burning eyes and a mischievous smirk on his face. He has not changed a bit. My heart was beating fast with his every step toward me. It was like everything in the world had stopped for a few minutes. I very well knew that no one in the world can help me now and I have made a huge mistake by coming here.

There is only one person who can handle him and that is none other than me. My one mistake is enough to kill me along with my friends because I know who he is and what he can do so I decided to play it along. Keeping aside my fear, I took a step that no one had ever thought not even Aiden.

Hey Baby! What's going on? Hearing this, Aiden’s smirk become more widespread like he was giving me a warning that tonight is not gonna be good for me. But after my words, there was relief on my friend's face.

I got my attention to them when I heard -You guys are really up to something. What's the need of damaging things in the cafe if it's not that serious? We know Aiden, how obsessed he is around you. Still, you are making a mess for him Kiara, we were hell scared.

I am really sorry for that, I didn’t know it would turn out like this and don’t worry, I will pay for the damages. Suddenly, I felt one arm holding my waist. It was Aiden. He didn’t say a single word after my acknowledgment. He whispered" come with me or you know the consequences" and said -we are heading back home and I will compensate for today’s dinner with a party next week at my Villa. You are all invited. Saying all this, he held Kian with one arm and the other arm secured my waist.

He let me sit in the front seat, keeping Kian at the back as he was already in deep sleep. Because of this drama, it was already now past 2 am now. My mind is completely blank. I don’t know what is going to happen to me now. I just know one thing, that I am not that Kiara anymore who used to love Aiden. I am only the mother of Kian and I will protect him with my life.

Aiden’s POV

I thought she would be scared after seeing me and would deny that she is Kiara and try to run away from me. But her actions really amused me. After analyzing the cafe’s situation, she asked me- Hey Baby! What’s going on? Like she had forgotten the past. How funny!! I know she has done this for her friends because she knows that her one mistake and I will burn the whole cafe. In fact, I also don’t care much about the world. I only need Kiara. If she is willing to come with me, then there is no need to shed blood.

I made her sit beside me and her so-called child in the back seat. My bodyguards are following us in another car. I drove my car toward Villa. There was a deep silence. None of us have spilled a word. Suddenly, I remember the time when we first met.

Flashback

Fine Dad, I am on my way to dealing with Mr. John, and don’t worry, I know how to handle this. Let's not discuss more. They only have two choices: sign or die- saying this, I cut the call. Today’s deal was very important, we needed that cafe by hook or crock. I got out of my car and entered the cafe. After seeing me, Mr. John and his wife became scared, but because of their feeling toward the cafe they didn’t want to sign the property papers. I tried my best to keep calm but these oldies are such a headache. I stood up and gave my gun to my assistant as he knew what to do and went outside and then, it's a gunshot!! Boom!!

I was about to reach my car when a girl ran towards me soaked with blood. Please help! They are in pain! There is blood! Please!! She was so scared that she was unable to speak properly. Her beautiful brown eyes were filled with tears and her pink dress was covered with blood. She held my hand and took me inside the cafe where the oldies were lying unconscious and blood was all over the floor. Seeing the girl’s reaction, my bodyguards tried to come around but I asked them innocently- hey guys! Please help me to put them inside my car.

We took them to the hospital and she sat beside me. It took almost 2 hrs. for the operation, which was successful. Both the oldies were safe. This was the first time I met the love of my life.

Flashback ends.

I was busy with my thoughts when I heard a notification. It was from Kiara’s phone, and her facial expression changed. I snatched her phone. Aiden, what's wrong with you? She questioned. The name popped up as ‘Ryan’. It is almost 4 years since I was desperate to hear my name from her. Who’s Ryan? I questioned in a normal tone. It's none of your business. Just drop us at a nearby hotel or anywhere safe. I am unable to bear you anymore. Kiara’s these words burned me inside with anger. If anyone else had said this to me I would not have thought a second about burying them in the ground. But in her case, it's different. Don’t forget with whom you are. Let's first reach home, then I will decide what to do with that mouth of yours.
