We loaded up the bodies of Blue Ridge's warriors into multiple refrigerated semi trailers, then the living piled into SUV's and headed to Blue Ridge. The drive was about nine hours, we arrived and found guards blocking the road.

'State your business' the young warrior said. 'Bringing you your dead Alpha' Tony stated. I slapped the asshole across the chest, 'You don't have to be a douchebag' I tell him. 'But did I lie?' he asks. All I could do was shake my head. A few of the warriors who formerly belonged to Blue Ridge stepped forward.

'Move, We're bringing home our dead' he tells the guard, I notice their eyes glaze over, I assume they're mind linking their Luna or Beta of our arrival.

Once we were finally granted entrance, I couldn't help but notice how vast their land is. I don't see many people out and about, I wonder where they are. Maybe they've been placed in panic rooms or on lock down due to our arrival. Once the pack house came into view, all my hopes changed. There in front of the pack house stood every man, woman and pup left in the pack, all looked battered and bruised. I noticed one pup had black eyes and bruises all over his arms.

'They have been abused' I hear Jade say seething at the sight.

'But by whom, is the question' I tell her.

Before I stepped out of the SUV, the packhouse door opened and out stepped Luna Leighann, yelling at anyone in her sight, I saw her kick a small pup off the porch, the others flinched, now I know who has been abusing these people. I am not going to tolerate abuse, she can die like her sorry ass husband.

Mohammed jumped out of the SUV behind us, I saw his eyes glaze over, within seconds I hear him via our link, 'These people have been abused by their Alpha, Luna and their spawn, even before the attack, it's how they live' he tells me.

'Luna Leighann, I am doing you the courtesy of returning your peice of s**t mates body, along with your son's and the bodies of the warriors who stood beside them' I state. I noticed her looking at the members who didn't fight along side her mate, 'Why are you alive then?' she screamed at them before charging down the stairs in an attempt to attack the men. I step in front of her, blocking her access to them, 'Move b***h! They should die for their disloyalty!' she yells. 'Oh, I got her b***h' I hear Keisha say from behind me. 'Leighann, I gave these men an option, step aside and I'd spare their lives as well as the lives of their families, or they could die with your husband, they chose life.' I state calmly. 'Then they'll watch you die' she says before throwing herself at me. 'Don't make me kill you in front of these pups, looks like they've been through enough already' I say as I move to avoid her attack. 'How I treat my pack is not your concern' she barks before preparing to attack me again. 'Well, TECHNICALLY, I defeated your Alpha in battle, killed your son when he wouldn't step aside, so Technically, this is now MY pack, and it DOES concern me' I say, emphasizing certain words to get my point across. 'I don't believe you' she shouts, I look over to Emilio, nod and he hits play on a camera that projects our security footage across the SUV's and side of the packhouse, so everyone could witness what took place. Once the footage ended, I noticed a glimmer of hope in the Blue Ridge members, Leighann shifted, and attempted to attack me again, as she jumped towards me, I let out my claws and stab them through her wolves neck, severing her jugular vein instantly. Her body fell to the ground and continued to bleed out, I snapped her neck to end what would've been a long drawn out death, then turn to the other remain wolves, 'Any one else have something to say?' I ask.

'I have something' I hear. I see a large man approaching from the tree line. 'I felt my Alpha and Luna die, I am Kenneth, Beta here, you seem as evil as they were.' he says, pointing at the body of his dead Luna. 'I apologize for our meeting under these circumstances, this, however, is not common practice for my pack or myself.' I tell him. I turn and face the pack members, 'I wish you no harm, noone should be abused. I have given your warriors a choice, they may stay here, or you all may join The Legion or one of the other packs here today. My friend, Luna Rani, tells me your Beta is a good man and never abused anyone, I am willing to leave Blue Ridge in his capable hands, and make him Alpha, I do not wish to claim Blue Ridge as my own' I finish turning to the Beta, 'Choice is yours, If you accept, I will send an envoy to help organize the pack, train your people, help build better homes and create income, clearly your previous Alpha only cared about his own well being' I state.

'I would be honored, Alpha Jenn' he states. 'Good, then let's clean up this mess, unload your dead, begin the funeral services and you can plan your Alpha ceremony after that.' I say stepping over the dead Luna's body to get out of the sun.
