Once at the fields I used our sparing dummies to let off some steam, I didn't notice the warriors watching. 'Maybe you should go for a run princess, you're scaring the guard' my Uncle said. 'How?' I questioned. 'You're shifting between your wolf and human forms, you look like a blur and it's a little scary'. How could I be shifting and not even realize it? Woosah Jenn, Woo sahhhhh.. I need to clear my head, but I feel drained. I'm sure it's the distance between me and the asshole, being near your mate makes you stronger and his dumbass doesn't even realize it. I decided to go shower and lay down.

As the next week trailed on, I stayed in my room, depressed I guess. This is not who I am, I thought, upset and depressed over a guy. I willed myself up and out of bed, and opted for a hot shower. I heard my room door open and Ava's voice calling me. 'Jenn, I brought you something to eat' , I opened the bathroom door to be hit with the smell of bacon, and went flying back into the bathroom, emptying what little contents were in my stomach. 'Take that s**t away' I yelled. 'Please, Ava, sorry' I say as she leaves. After quickly brushing my teeth and airing out my room, I climbed back into bed. I felt something in my side, I looked all over the bed but didn't see anything. I laid back down and got comfortable, maybe reading will help. The same sensation happened again, I jumped up and tore my bed apart trying to find what I was laying on. Nothing, absolutely nothing was there, then again. What in the hell, I literally just felt something kick me. Slowly a realization crossed my mind. No, no, hell no, it can't be. I raced out of my room, down the stairs and straight out of the pack house, running all the way to the pack hospital and asked to see Dr. Stephenson.

'Ah, young Luna, how can I help you?' he asked. 'Can we talk privately' I ask. 'Of course, let's step into my office.' he says gesturing me in to his small office full of bookshelves filled with human and animal medical books. 'What brings you in today?' he asks, I take a deep breath and ask the first question. 'First, is it possible to become pregnant if you aren't marked and fully mated?' I ask almost in a whisper. 'It is rare Luna, but if the encounter happened with ones mate, it may be possible' I hear him say. 'Second question then' I say, 'Can I have a pregnancy test?'.

His face turned from inquisitive to concern, He had me pee in a cup and took a vial of blood, moments later he returned. I didn't need him to say it, his face showed it all. 'Luna, I'm not sure if this is good news or bad, but the test was positive, you are in fact pregnant'. Hearing the words didn't was one thing, accepting them was another, I can't be, I'm about to be Alpha, about to have a pack, my mates a complete d**k, and I'm not ready. A baby, a baby, a f*****g baby, I think over and over on my walk back to my room. What the hell am I going to do? I pick up my cell and call the one person I can talk to.

'Hello' I hear her say. 'I'm pregnant' I tell her, 'b***h, I'm on my way' I hear followed by a click

It only took two days for her to arrive. The sound of the intruder alarm and yelling told me she was here. I went to my balcony doors, and heard a knock just as I reached them. I opened the doors and my sister from another mister, my closet confidant, one of the Seven, my future Beta attacked me. Ok, it was just a hug, but she seriously does not know her own strength.

"Honey, I'm home!!" she squealed. "Took you long enough" I clapped back.

"You try trekking half way across the country in Heels!" she said. 'Did you seriously wear heels and not shift?' I asked. 'Shifting is for p*****s, and heels make me feel taller'.

I mind linked dad and told him to call off the search for the "intruder" it's just my Beta and her unique way to make an entrance. I told him we would meet with him and mother once she freshened up.

'Ok well let me freshen up, then your telling me how the hell you're pregnant and not marked, and where the piece of s**t is I'm going to castrate' she said slipping into my bathroom.

Vi, my sister, because friend doesn't explain it, We are the same age, both with unique abilities, she was brought to the compound we were trained at only days before I was. We bonded instantly and were inseparable. Since there were seven of us, all with crazy appearing wolves, someone, I can't recall who, handed us all nicknames after the colors of the rainbow. Vi, who's wolf can appear whatever color her hair is, got Violet, ironically, she had dyed her hair violet and has kept it some variation of purple since, so it worked. It goes so well with her light brown skin and big brown eyes. She's only five foot four, but she's one of the strongest wolves I know.

To my pack she will be Beta Keisha, she may be as deadly as I am, she will have to train with our warriors so that they can understand and learn to move when she moves, she will have her own team for battles. I may have to let her play tag with my mate, if he thinks I'm crazy, he has no idea how sane I look compared to my Beta I think laughing inside.

'Ok, I'm freshened up, now who we killing?' I heard bringing me back to the present. 'It's a long story' I said. 'Good, thing I have absolutely nothing to do with the rest of my life' she said plopping herself down on my bed. I told her all about Alpha James Black, the comments, the attack, how it wasn't just a random attack, it was an assassination attempt on my father, and how my so called mate rejected me simply because a "weird" wolf was apart of our pack, he didn't even know the wolf was mine, hell he didn't even know my name, I tell her everything, including finding out I'm now pregnant. She looks pissed and her pissed ends up with me pissed and both of us pissed is never a good thing. 'Does anyone else know about the pregnancy?' she asks. 'Just me, you and of course Jade, and I assume Karma (her wolf and yes, the name is suits her). 'Oh, she knows and she also wants to castrate the bastard' she said nonchalantly. I couldn't help but laugh. 'One day, but first I have to tell to my parents and this isn't going to be fun.'
