Chapter 7 Adam had carefully planned out every step of his meal. Whereas many people got frustrated and flustered, he found his time in the kitchen flowed like a beautiful Viennese waltz. By Sunday, he’d purchased and organized all of the ingredients—grouped into sections—that went with specific recipes. He’d even cooked up the picadillo and combined the filling for the stuffed ancho chiles.
