The two men walked out of the pack house and into Jackson's dark colored jeep neither of them bothered about how they were dressed in just shorts and tees. Being wolves, you must learn to value clothes that you love becauss at any point you may be required to rip them into shreds when you shift. Both men were quiet during the ride with Xavier lost in his thoughts and wondering how he would tell his friend that he found his mate which so happens to be a human. He for one was still finding it hard to accept. The cafè- bloom's place as it read was a small warm and cozy cafè right at the heart of New York, the times square. It was basically the center of commerce. It is owned by a wolf funny enough and it was quiet ironical considering how it was painted in very delicate colours which were really a sore to the eye but Xavier did not mind it much because it was change from all the dull colours he wss used to seeing. The aroma of the entire cafè was worth it though because immediately his wolf nostirls wafted the smell, his straved stomach began to rumble thankfully not too loud as to attract an audience but he knew his friend was an exception. The was something else that Xavier sniffed out but couldn't point it out till he was standing at the counter and it hit him like a big tsunami. He had to warn Jay to back off as he felt him threatening to growl out that word right in the middle of the cafè. Thankfully though Jackson had stepped back out to get his phone from the car. It wasn't in his mature tomstare blanatly but he really couldn't help it much now. Her presence here explains the odd scent in the air around him. He allowed himself to sniff in that now farmiliar peaches-vanilla scent. He ppaced his order all the while starring at her. It was a different feeling seeing her so close to him and the scent was so over powering and lingering all around. She was beautiful to say the least and she had a fierce Alpha like him flabbergasted as he starred at her lips as she repeated his order sfter him while typing it in. He looked at every contor, curve and cervic of her face and upper body that the counter couldn't obstruct. Her thin but still full lips, the unique colour of her eyes and her cute little button nose. Time seems to have stopped for him. The smile he saw o her face made his heart skip and if she was wolf he was sure she would most definitely have heard the loud thump and the racing of his heart. He was right about her height and he loved it so much although he was about 3 and a half feets talker than her "You are starring too much I'm sure if Jackson was here he would have figured it out by now" Jay warned at the back of his head and he was quick to snap out of his trance. "Shut up" Xavier said back to him. At this rate, he was sure it will be difficult to reject her if it came to that. He murmured a 'thank you' before forcing himself to turn around just in time to see his friend seated at one of the booths in the cafè. "I am sure we have a lot to discuss Alpha" said Jackson. "I knew it! So much for keeping it a secret then" Jay said. Xavier ignored him and sat down. He looked up just in time to catch her eye and for a moment he was scared she would see right through him. He watched as her brown hair fell into her eyes when she bet to get something and he admired how she pushed it behind so effortlessly. To say he was enchanted would be an understatement. Maybe she wasn't just any human. What if she is witch? Oh his father will really kill both him and her. That's how bad he despised witches for reasons best known to them. Unfortunately for Xavier she wasn't the one who served their order but even as he was eating his mind was on the brunette who has managed to steal his breath away without even knowing it. Why would the moon godess punish him like this? What wrong has he done.
