Story about Him

Chapter 3

He had a look of surprise too, probably didn't expect to see me with blonde and short hair, or just was shocked seeing me come so late, because I always came earlier, not at the last minute. 

The next thing that I did was search for my friends, who were at the back of the bus. 

When they saw me they were throwing all sort of surprised looks and compliments at me about my new appearance. 

Of course Jana was the one who joked about the fact that I wasn't anymore a moving zombie, because I usually am really light skinned, may I say as white as a corpse during school time. 

Me getting really tanned was unusual, so I agreed with her joke and laughed at it too. 

The others from my class seemed shocked too, probably did not expect to see me in shorts, which showed my new found figure, that I achieved during this summer. 

When I finished greeting them all, I went to sit at the seat that Vito and Jana were saving for me, in front of them. 

I was sitting alone, but that did not bother me, because I had my friends close to me. 

The only problem was that in front of me, HE was sitting and giving me a funny look, for no apparent reason. 

The others noticed it too, so the guys, of course, were joking about us two being together or liking each other. I ignored it and asked him why he was looking at me, and he said that he was just watching my hair and wondering why again I changed it. 

He was always the one that had something to say about my hair, more exactly it started the second year of high school, when I first coloured my hair.

I changed it A LOT, by trying new, crazy colours every two to three months, and he did not like it. He never made it clear why, but I presume because he thought natural hair was the best or just did not understand why I would colour it. 

I remember when I came to school with my short hair, he was stunned, honestly his expression was hilarious, at least to me. 

He could not believe that I have done it, because before the new hair cut, I had really long hair, it was almost two meters long, as I said to you earlier. 

But, never mind that, lets get back to the important part, and that is how I answered him.

I simply answered him, at that moment, by saying that I liked how it looked on me, he gave me a weird look and turned around. 

It was then that I noticed that he had a small pillow with him, so I asked why he had it, out of curiosity, he answer by saying that he can sleep better with it in the bus. 

I teased him, by saying that nobody but you is planning to sleep tonight, he laughed sarcastically, imitating my laugh whenever I waned to show that his teasing or joking was not funny, and again turned around.

Then I turned around as well and talked with my friends about what they experienced during their summer. 

After hearing them say everything they waned to, then was my turn to answer all of their questions related to my trip to China. Even the ones that were not my really close friends asked me about it, and I was happy to answer all of it, because that was the best two weeks that I had in my life. 

After, slowly, one by one everyone went to sleep and without realizing I went to sleep too. 

Uhh I forgot to tell you all, that we started our journey to our first destination, more exactly to Bratislava, when we started moving. 

It was 8 a.m. when my friends woke me up. We were close to our destination, but we stopped at a petrol stop, so we could go to the bathroom and stretch out, while the driver filled the bus tank. I was really sour from sleeping in the bus, so I was happy to be able to walk for a bit and enjoy the fresh air outside the bus. 

One classmate called Nikola joined me and we talked for a bit, he is really nice, in the first grade he did not like me, I still to this day do not know why exactly he felt that way, but now it seems that I grew on him, and we became good friends by going to the school assembly together.

What I did not expect was when we returned to our bus and continued our journey, immediately after I sat down, he turned around and asked me about the trip too, showing much interest.
