Kora’s POV The next morning, the compound was restless. I could hear the low rumble of voices through the stone walls before I even stepped out of Edward’s chambers. It wasn’t the usual morning buzz of the pack going about their duties—this was tighter, sharper, full of questions nobody wanted to say too loudly.
