JANE's POV's
I slowly opened my eyes. I was confused. I felt like a ton of bricks was sitting on my chest. I couldn't even move.
When I looked around, all I saw was white. I was in a room, surrounded by white walls. There were machines hooked up to me.
Suddenly, Stella walked in. Her face lit up when he saw me looking at her.
"Oh my God, Jane! Thank God you're awake!" she said, her voice full of relief.
"Jane, what happened to me?" I asked, my voice weak and raspy. I felt like I was suffocating. My breath hitched. I felt so weak.
"You've been asleep for almost three days, Jane," Stella said. "Just wait, I'll call your doctor." She pressed a button on the side of my bed.
A few minutes later, a man in a white coat walked in. It was the doctor, followed by two nurses.
