We stayed like that for a couple of minutes filled with awkward silence. Only brought back to reality when Lind clears her throat.
“I can’t breathe Bee,” she chuckles and tap my back.
I immediately let go and forced a smile due to embarrassment. “Sorry I got carried away.“
She then pinches both of my cheeks grinning like an i***t, “That’s a new side I get to see today. Anyway I need to go to the library. You know duty calls,” she winks at me and left.
After that confrontation I felt hungry so I went to the cafeteria for a quick brunch. Since my next class will be twelve noon ‘til one in the afternoon. I don’t want to be another laughing stock with a growling stomach. Imagining another embarrassment is beyond me.
