A fancy, expensive looking car just arrived in front of the office building. Not long after that, an elegant-looking woman come out from the car. She appears to be in her 50s, but that tight cheek skin with that young, fashionable stylish clothes make anyone would not have guessed her age at all. Zivia smiles cheerfully and greet her while walking to her.
“Good afternoon, Mom.” She greets the woman who apparently is Aruna, Zidan’s mother, politely. A sweet smile spread across her cheeks.
“Good afternoon, dear Zivia. I am so sorry to be a burden to you even though you are busy.” said Aruna.
“Oh no, don’t say that. I’m very happy to be with you today. I’ll accompany you anywhere you wanna go.” said Zivia.
“Ah, thank you my dear. It is all because my son, Zidan, who apparently too busy to have a lunch with me. Then, how about your work? Is it okay for you to go out with me?”
“Ah, that’s okay, Mom. My work is being done by him. You don’t have to worry about that.”
“Oh, dear. Even though that bad habit he has, he sure know how to treat his fiancée. Really, he is such a good fiancée. I have a good feeling about your relationship, dear Zivia.” Aruna looks very pleased, while Zivia looked away, holding her annoyance.
What a pain in the a*s! If only he knew his son preferred to walk with his girlfriend over lunch with his mother, he’ll be dead by now
“By the way, where do you want to eat, dear? Do you have any suggestions?” ask Aruna to Zivia.
“Well, I go whatever you choose, Mom.” Zivia answered.
“Oh, okay then. I have a favorite restaurant nearby. I usually have a lunch with my husband there. Shall we go, then?”
After that, they go to a restaurant nearby by Aruna’s car to have a lunch. Not long after, they arrive in a restaurant that look fancy on the outside.
It doesn’t take long for them to get a seat. They both ready to order their meal
“Excuse me, waiter.” Aruna calls to a waiter.
“Yes, Ma’am. Can I take your order, please?” ask the waiter politely.
“Please take out all your best menu. Oh, don’t keep me and my future daughter-in-law waiting, yes?” Zivia shocked.
“O-okay, Ma’am. Please wait a second. Your orders will be ready in a minute.” said the waiter.
“Mom, is this too much? I mean, I know this is your favorite restaurant but—“ ask Zivia. She knows that Aruna could even buy this whole restaurant. It would be very unfortunate if she could not finish all this food. Moreover, Zivia's first intention today was not to eat too much because she was on a diet program.
“Trust me, the food’s here is super delicious. You will enjoy these foods. I can bet on that.” Aruna convince her. Zivia nodded.
Not long after, the meals they ordered arrive. Zivia is amazed by how the food looks. They look very delicious.
“Bon appetite!!” She cut the medium rare freshly baked tenderloin steak and ate it gently.
“How is it? Delicious?” ask Aruna. Zivia nodded happily.
"Yes, Mom. This is so delicious." Zivia agreed.
“Well, I’m really glad you liked it. By the way, I want to tell you something. I have a secret that only known by me and your mom.” said Aruna to Zivia with a serious face.
Zivia put her fork and knife, "What kind of secret?"
"Actually, we arranged your engagement since a long time ago, even when you and Zidan still a little kid."
*cough*
Zivia coughed hearing that, making Aruna a little worried. "Are you okay, dear?" She offers a glass of water to Zivia.
"It’s okay. I’m fine, mom." Zivia gulped down that water.
“But, how could we be engaged since we were a kid? I can’t understand.” ask Zivia.
“It is I and your mom who set you up. Because when we both pregnant, we promised that if our kid was a pair of boy and girl, we would set you up. And eventually, our wish comes true. So, we immediately set you up.” Aruna explained, smile broadly.
Zivia can’t say a word. She doesn’t know what to say because what Aruna said doesn’t make any sense to her. An engagement from childhood? Just imagining it made her sick.
“I’m full, dear. Did you finish your meal?” Aruna’s gentle voice made Zivia waking up from her reverie.
“Oh yes I’m done, mom. But there’s still a lot of food left. What are we gonna do about it?” ask Zivia.
“That's why I want you to wrap the rest that you won't eat to take with you. Some give to your mom, some give to Zidan. I’m afraid that he had not yet eaten lunch because of his piling work.”
Zivia snickered to herself. She is one hundred percent sure that the shameless man had eaten with his girlfriend on his office.
“Ah, okay then.” Zivia answered.
“Well then, shall we back to the office? You have works to do, right?”
“Yes, mom.” Zivia answered politely.
They both get up from their table and about to pay. At first Zivia wanted to pay for all her meals using Zidan's credit card, but Aruna insisted on refusing. After receiving several packaged food bags, they left the restaurant.

"How come you don't eat much, honey? The food isn't good, huh?" Zidan asked gently as he rubbed Angela's hair fondly.
“Oh no, it is delicious. It’s because I can't eat too much. Later my weight increases, I get fat, and then no one wants to use me for photoshoots.” replied Angela in a spoiled voice.
Zidan smiled, his hands curled possessively around Angela's waist, who was sitting on his lap. "You're fat or not, you're still the prettiest for me."
She hit Zidan’s slowly, “Yeah, right.”
Zidan laughs, “What, you don’t believe me?”
“Excuse me, food delivery.”
Zidan and Angela immediately turned toward the door. Zivia raised her hands full of food-filled bags. "Want to open it immediately or save it for later?" Zivia asked again making Angela drop from Zidan's lap while clicking in annoyance.
“What are you doing here? How rude. At least knock the door first.” said Angela sarcastically.
“Oh, I’m sorry for that. I don’t see the wrong of me being in my own fiancée’s office, right?” Zivia is no less cynical.
"What did you say--"
"What’s the matter, Zee?" cut Zidan quickly because he was afraid that if they were not stopped sooner, there would be a hair-pulling contest that could last a long time.
"I brought food from your mom. She said she doesn’t want her son to get sick. What a spoiled little brat." Zivia mumbled, making Zidan raise his eyebrows.
"I’m sorry, I don’t quite hear what you said before. A spoiled little brat?" Zidan repeated Zivia’s word.
"No, nothing." Zivia answered while looked away.
Zidan looked at Zivia with his sharp eyes. "Honey, I don't think I can take you home. You can go home with your manager, right?" Zidan said to Angela, but his eyes kept looking straight at Zivia.
"How come you're like that ?! So you prefer this annoying girl over your own girlfriend?" Refuse Angela's angry. Zivia looked away and laughed sarcastically. Annoying? Yeah right you nuisance devil!
"Angela, please just this time you do what I say. Okay, hun?" said Zidan seriously. While sulking, Angela grabbed her bag and immediately walked out of Zidan's room by slamming the door very tight.
“Wow, what a strength. Well, at least the door’s fine.” Zivia mumbled. Zidan slowly stepped closer towards Zivia.
“You said that I’m a spoiled little brat?” Zidan asked, leaning closer to Zivia. But Zivia did not budge at all. She instead raised his face as if challenging Zidan.
“Yeah, why? That hit the spot?”
Zidan laughed loudly making her a little surprised to hear his laughter echoing in every corner of the room.
“Just so you know, Zivia Adriana Marioline. I’m not a spoiled little brat, I’m—“
“Yeah yeah, a playboy, spoiled little brat.” Zivia looked out of Zidan's embrace and sit on the sofa. She opened the bag and took food from there.
“Eat. Your mom brought this for you.” Zivia said casually. Zidan growled angrily, he sits next to Zivia about to nag, but Zivia quickly put a piece of meat into her mouth.
“Hold that for later. How about the food? Delicious?” Zidan chew on the food and swallow it.
“I already ate with Angela.”
“I know. It's just that don't you feel sorry for your mom who has brought food for you? Chill, I’ll help. Yeah, even though I've actually eaten it too.” Zivia eat the food ravenously.
“By the way, your mom told me a story. She said we were deliberately given the exact same name as our mother, Zidan and Zivia. They said it's just funny, like a couple."
"Don’t let it go to your head," Zidan said indifferently because he is busy eating meat in front of him.
“Hey, It’s true! Besides, like hell I’d be happy to have a same name as you.” said Zivia curtly.
They spent the rest of the lunch hour chatting, more like Zivia who retold about what Zidan’s mom had said earlier. As a result, the food brought out was gone without them knowing.
