What a strange turn of events. Benjamin Flynn was following me around, begging me to forgive him, and professing his love for me.  I used to be the one doing all of the chasing.  I stared at Ben’s face, wanting to believe him.  I wanted to believe him when he said Libby kissed him and he didn’t kiss her back.  I wanted to believe him when he said Libby just assumed they were back together, and I wanted to believe him when he said he loved me because the look in his eyes seemed real. But it didn’t make sense.
