Growing Light
Luna noticed first. She stopped mid-play in Viktor's office, her head tilting curiously before toddling over to Aria and placing her small hand on her mother's stomach.
"New light," she announced with absolute certainty. "Tiny one. Like star being born." Aria was stunned as she looked from her daughter to her mate. They had been going at it for weeks, not caring if she ended up pregnant again. At Viktor's heated gaze, Aria blushed brightly.
Through their bond, Viktor felt the truth before Aria could even process Luna's words. His wolf surged forward, scenting the subtle changes in his mate that confirmed it – another pup was coming.
