Vivian walked out of Ava’s fashion store with a slight spring in her steps. Sylvia followed behind her. Unlike Vivian, she was not smiling. In fact, she had a frown on her face. Her eyes narrowing as she stared at Vivian. Joe boarded the car first and opened the door for the two women to step in. Vivian slipped into the car first. Sylvia followed after her and locked the car door behind her. The moment the door was locked, Sylvia snapped her head around to face Vivian, an apologetic smile on her face. “I’m sorry if my comment somehow made you feel uncomfortable.” She muttered as she locked eyes with Vivian.
