Luca stood at the front door with the small velvet pillow in his hands.
The pillow was white, matching the wedding theme. On it sat two rings Aria’s engagement ring and Dante’s wedding band. They were fake rings, Marco had explained to Luca. The real rings would be given to Marco right before the ceremony, just in case anything happened to the real ones. But these rings were his responsibility for the practice walk.
