Chapter 5: The fight for our mate

(FELIX POV)

Hendrix and I called for our Omega Serenity and beta Maverick. They were in our room quickly. Hendrix looked at them and proceeded to give them orders to find all the strongest fighters in the moon howl pack. I then interrupted my brother and told them our mate has been kidnapped and this means war. They nodded and were out the door in the blink of an eye. Felix we need to come up with a plan on how we are going to find her. I looked at my brother and only said one word "Holly." We darted to our car and drove to Nevaeh's grandmother's house. As soon as we pulled up it was like she already knew. Holly quickly motioned for us to come in. She had a few spell books already open and potion boiling in her cauldron. She came over and poked us both with a needle and collected a couple drops of our blood and added it to the potion. The smoke started to turn into a lavender color. I could smell our mate's scent for a second by the looks of it so could Hendrix. Holly was chanting words from the spell books. She then collected the potion into two vials and tied black strong around them turning them into necklaces. "By putting these on they will help you find her by tracking her scent. The closer you get the stronger the scent, she said." How? I replied. She told us when she started training Nevaeh she collected blood and hair samples from her. With Silo lurking around they didn't want to take any chances. So they wanted to be ready in case they needed a location spell. Now let's go find Nevaeh she grabbed her wand and her spell book. My brother and I looked at each other like it's not a good idea. Holly quickly mumered "Well come one boys, I'm not getting younger here. But I do have enough juices for one more fight in me and I'll be damned if I don't fight for my only living granddaughter." We weren't going to argue with her because she is a witch. We have never fought with warlocks or witches before. So she would be great help to us. We all three got in the car and drove quickly back to the moon howl mansion to see how many fighters Serenity and Maverick could conjour up. There were cars everywhere and werewolves running around and shifting in and out of human form. We seen our father talking to Serenity and Maverick. We were out the car and our father and our Omega. Clyde Wolfe "I'm fighting with you, I should have stood up for that girl a long time ago. I let your mother get by with far to much. She let being a Luna go to her head and didn't fully use her position in a manner a proper Luna should act." I put my hand on my father's shoulder. "dad you shouldn't be apologizing for our mother's actions yes as chief you should have controlled the situation better, but we can't go back now the only thing we can do is fix the situation now and be better for our people. Let's go find Nevaeh and bring her home. We all nodded in agreement and set up a meeting with all those who volunteered to help bring our mate home. Word must have gotten out because other pack from surrounding areas have showed up and willing to help bring our mate home. They were moved by the way my brother and I want to make changes and told us that we are inspiration for making all wolf packs stronger and they our glad that we are their cheives. We had about 50 strong men and women fighters. Everyone went quiet when Holly started walking to us. Everyone was confused on why a human older lady was present for the meeting. We grabbed Holly's hands and put her beside us. Felix "EVERYONE THIS IS HOLLY CONNER ALSO KNOWN AS HOLLY ROWAN. Alot of people were confused but some of the older werewolves gasped as they heard the legends of the Rowan witches. THIS IS NEVAEH'S GRANDMOTHER, SHE IS A POWERFUL WITCH. OUTCAST HALFBREEDS AS WELL....... THEY ARE SCARED OF CHANGE. LET'S SET A EXAMPLE FOR ALL MAGIC BEENS THAT WE ARE MORE POWERFUL TOGETHER. Everyone started cheering and clapping their hands. NOW WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO FIGHT A WARLOCK BEFORE, HOLLY HERE WILL HELP GUIDE US AND TEACH US THEIR WEAKNESSES. WE DO HAVE A LOCATION SPELL SO WE WILL BE SPLITTING UP AND SEARCHING THE SURROUNDING AREAS. HENDRIX WILL BE TAKING THE NORTH AND EAST BOARDERS ALONG With 25 OF YOU. I'LL BE SEARCHING THE SOUTH AND WEST BORDERS THE REMAINING MEN WILL BE GOING WITH ME. ONCE MY BROTHER OR I GET A HINT OF OUR MATES SCENT WE WILL MIND LINK AND WE WILL MEET WITH THE OTHER GROUND ANS SCOPE OUT AND PLAN FROM THERE UNDERSTOOD. Everyone agreed. Hello all!!!! I'm going to make this short and sweet for we are running out of time finding my granddaughter. Warlocks and witches can only be killed by decapitation or removing their hearts from their body. Like you we age very slowly then humans and our bodies can be healed by spells. So unless you remove our head or our hearts we can heal ourselves or other Castors. They will try and use magic on you, as long as you use your super speed and dodge away from their spells of their wands you should do just fine. Just use your good judgement and be safe.
