Chapter 4: Where has she gone

(Felix POV)

Our mate Nevaeh looked so sexy. Her sweet smell drives us wild. My brother and I want to mark and mate her badly. But we would never make her do anything she isn't ready for. We're going to let her take the lead. She was still on top of me looking at us grinning. She started to bite her bottom lip. I wanted to take her right there and then. My inner wolf whimpering at the thought of her naked spread out on the bed while my brother and I are inside her. Hendrix told her if she kept biting her lip he was going to smack her a** for teasing. I think she seemed to like that very much. Because her face turned red and her eyes became lustful. (NEVAEH POV)

The nightmare played out as it does every night the squealing tires. My parents were thrown out of the car. My older Brothers neck snapping. NEVAEH, NEVAEH WAKE UP!! I opened my eyes to my mates watching me with worried eyes. I'm sorry I said with my head down. Did I wake you both? Hendrix lifted my head with his hand. "You were screaming in your sleep." Felix "Does that happen often?" I shook my head yes, as I started wiping my tears away with my sleeve from my night shirt. They started to cuddle me and rub my back. I quickly fell back asleep. The first time in a very long time I had a different dream. My dream was of my mates and I making love for the first time. Taking both of them at the same time. I woke up to the light shining in. I groaned because the dream was getting to the best part. My mates were sitting up staring at me with lustful eyes. Oh no they can always tell when I'm wet they can smell when I'm hot. That dream got me hot and dripping wet. My mates leaned over and both claimed a cheek. "Good morning kitten" Hendrix said. "Good morning little dove" Felix said right after. Knock, knock, knock!!!! Clyde Wolfe darted in and told the boys that there was a break in. They were to their fathers side in a blink of an eye. They were talking quietly but with my wolf hearing I was still able to make out most of what was being said. Nevaeh's old room was broken in too. Her old room was torn apart. I went and took a hot bubble bath as I tried to read a book I couldn't concentrate I kept reading the same paragraph for like 20 minutes. I shut the book with frustration. A memory came to me. My mother and father always told me I was special but isn't that what most parents tell their kids. If not what is so special about me. It's not like I can get answers from them there dead. I want to go to the library and look and see if it is possible for any living relatives even though the Blood Stone Corp said I had no living relatives. But I want to know if they looked into my mom's relatives since she is human. I got out of the bath and threw on some clothes my mates have filled my closet with some blue jeans and white button down crop top with a new pair of high tops. I threw my phone in my back pocket and grabbed my purse. I put my hair into a messy bun and out the door I went. I couldn't go to the werewolf library they won't have information on human families. So I had to go downtown where humans live. I walked to the bus station and used the credit card my mates have given me to get a bus ticket. It took about an hour and 30 minutes to reach the town. I finally found the library. I went in and asked the librarian for birth announcements or even old year books. I didn't know much about my mom's past life she wasn't open about it. I just had a name and a date of birth. my mother's maiden name was Sadie Elizabeth Conner and she was born August 24th 1970. So I started with the birth announcements it took about an 2 hours but I finally found her birth announcement in the old news papers. Sadie Elizabeth Conner was born at 7:15am to Henry & Holly Conner on August 24th 1970 at the wood-brooke hospital. So my grandparents names are Henry and Holly I said as I put my hand on my chest. Now that I have a names I darted to the computers at the library and searched my grandparents name and found that my grandfather was deceased but my grandmother Holly Conner was still alive. I wrote down the address it gave online. Then darted out the library. I walked for what seemed about a hours before I came up to this tiny blue house that looked run down but had a beautiful garden. I walked up to the house and I saw a little old lady sitting on a porch swing sipping tea. She waved and smiled really big. "Well hello sweet heart are you lost?" She went to put her glasses on to get a better look at me. Once she put her glasses on she gasped. "Could it be? No it couldn't be." Hello Holly I believe I'm your.. "Granddaughter" she finished my sentence. "How is that even possible they told me my daughter and her husband along with her two kids died in a car crash a long time ago. You look just like Sadie." Well I guess they didn't tell you the truth. Blood Stone Corp took me into custody and had me become a slave to play off the debts of my parents. "Poor girl come, come sit. I should have known you would have pulled through for you to have Rowen blood in you." Rowen blood? "Yes dear my maiden name is Holly Rowen. I guess your mother wasn't about to explain this to you. She was going to tell you on your 16th birthday. You are not just part werewolf my dear." I'm not? "If you haven't noticed yet you will soon. Now that you are eighteen. You will have to catch up on a lot of training your mom was supposed to bring you here to begin your training at sixteen." What do you mean grandmother? "Oh dear how should I put this, you're a witch." A witch? Are you serious? " Rowen witches are the strongest most powerful witches. You need to start proper training ASAP sweetie." I'm a witch! How? Why would she keep that from me. I don't. I.. "A little bit in shock I see, come have some tea it will help calm your nerves." I drank some of the tea surprisingly it was very calming. My grandmother explained to me that my mother kept it from me to keep me safe. Only the females carry the Rowan witch blood. That there are powerful Warlocks and witches who will try and use us Rowan witches for our powers. My phone started to ring. Excuse me, grandmother I need to take this. The call ID shows Felix's name. I quickly answered the phone as I walked off the porch. My mates were worried and angry at the same time. Both asking where I was and why I didn't let them know I was leaving. Hold on I said with a stern voice I am a grown woman, I can leave as I please. I did however appreciate the worry but I found a living relative, my grandmother. They were happy for me but still upset I didn't let them know anything. I gave them the address to my grandmothers house. They said they would be there soon and they needed to talk with me. I told them I needed to talk to them as well. I walked back over and told my grandmother I have important people that are coming that I would love for her to meet. She smiled "I can tell they mean a lot to you by your eyes." Not even 20 minutes later my mates were speeding down the road in an all black Maserati. They came to a quick stop when they saw me they were out of their car and on the porch before a blink of an eye. "Nevaeh we know you like your independence and freedom but please just let us know next time where you're going." Felix said as he wrapped his arm around my waist. Hendrix "You had us worried sick, kitten. Hendrix kissed my cheek. I cleared my throat and looked towards my grandmother with a smile. Oh sorry about our behavior Felix said as he walked over to my grandmother and took her hand and kissed it. Hendrix gave her a hug and told her it was nice to meet her. She smiled really big at them and then at me. You two are very lucky boys to have my granddaughter as your mate. They looked at me like I told her without them. How did you know grandma? Well it had to be obvious with the way they are so protective of me. "Oh kids I can see it all over your faces as well as your ora. You three were destined to be together. The Rowens are always reunited with our mates in every life we come back too." The Rowens?? Hendrix said with a confused look." Felix looked at me then my grandmother, she has Rowen blood in her? Hendrix and Felix looked at each other that could explain it. Explain what I said with more attitude than I was expecting to come out. Felix looked at my grandmother then to me. "The Russian man from the party, turns out he isn't a werewolf." He is a very powerful warlock. My grandmother interrupted my mates, with a gasp as she put her hand to her mouth. She looked out to the woods like she was zoned out or reliving the past as she spoke. Siloviki Tsar, also known as Silo." Do you know what he wants grandmother? She looked at me "YOU." I looked at her then to my mates. Why would he be looking for me? My grandmother was quick to answer again. "Remember when I said your mother hid this from you for a reason. He wants to be mated with the most powerful witch as he is the most powerful warlock his blood line has been looking for a Rowen blood female witch for centuries. He thinks Rowen blood and Tsar blood combined will rule the world." But I found my mates he knows that. We confronted him at the party. "He doesn't care Nevaeh for your not marked or married to him he still has a chance even then he will continue to try." my grandmother told me with her eyebrows lifted. "We do however need to start your training as soon as possible. That way you can defend yourself." We will protect her" Hendrix said with a raspy voice. "Oh dear I believe that but she will need to know how to defend herself you guys can't be by her side constantly." I shook my head agreeing with my grandmother. We will start training now and I'll come over everyday to train.

(A couple weeks have gone by)

Felix was driving me to my grandmother's house. One of my mates always drove me and sat with me. While the other one would stay behind and do chief/alpha duties plus investigate the whereabouts of Siloviki Tsar aka Silo. My mates weren't going to rest until they found this man. My grandmother wasn't lying when she said my powers would be soon coming in. As soon as I started training with her they came in a few days after. It's like the universe guided me to her just in time. She said I'm one of the quickest learners she has ever seen. I already know most of the basic magic. We are moving on to the harder stuff plus defense magic. After a full day of training I gave my grandmother a kiss on her forehead and told her I'd see her tomorrow. She gave me a big smile "honey here I want you to have this. She put her hand on mine and gave me a kiss on my cheek. Then she walked inside and shut her door. I looked down at my hand it was a skeleton key, a locket and a letter. I opened the locket and inside the locket was a picture of my mother and father and my brother on the other side were my grandparents. I felt tears running down my face. Felix was quickly out the car and behind me. He saw what was in my hand he hugged me and kissed me. "allow me." He grabbed the locket and put it on me. He walked me back to the car and opened the door for me. I slid into the passenger seat and looked up to my grandmothers house. I couldn't help but smile while holding the locket. This means so much to me. I'm glad I found her. My heart feels so full of love. Felix grabbed my hand and kissed it. "Ready to go home little dove?" I looked down at my hands and looked at the skeleton key and the letter. Felix could you give me just a minute. His eyes went from mine to my hands where I held the letter and key. He shook his head yes and exited the car to give me space. I opened the letter, it was from my mother.

Dear Nevaeh our future Rowan witch. It's always been tradition to write our daughters. For tomorrow isn't promised, with Rowan blood we always will have someone trying to kill us or hunt us down. One day you will understand why I have kept this from you until your sixteenth birthday. Why I had to keep you from your grandparents and my family. There are only a few of us left sweetheart. Your father thinks it's best to live among his people until we can figure a way to keep us all safe. No one knows about my powers. For they think I'm only a fragile human. Only if they knew you were a powerful hybrid werewolf/witch. The very first hybrid. That's why you're very special ladybug. If anyone knew they would definitely come for you especially the most powerful Warlocks from all over for they are nothing without their witch queens. When our powers combined with a warlock we become even stronger. Most warlocks will force hand in marriage just so they can have that power. They are greedy and want it all. To be the most powerful, the wealthiest and last but not least the most feared. That's why they can't know about you until you're ready. You are going to change the world one day, I can feel it. I put the letter to my chest as tears ran down my face. I wiped them away and looked at the key. I knocked on the window and told Felix I was ready to go home. He got in and started the car and took off and headed back to the mansion. As soon as we got there Hendrix was out the door and opening my door for me. "Hey kitten I missed you." he picked me up and gave me a kiss. He gently put me back down on my feet. We all three started walking up the stairs. I saw Mrs Wolfe and Zoey sitting outside having drinks. Mrs Wolfe still hasn't spoken or even glanced my way since the twins party. Zoey however mean mugged me any chance she gets. She still thinks she has a chance since we haven't marked or mated yet. I have only found out about them being my mates about a month ago now. I know most mates can't wait to mate and mark each other. But I want it to be special, I know I'm a bit of a romantic. I went up to our room and got a shower while Hendrix filled Felix in on everything he missed today that way he is caught up for tomorrow when it's his turn to do chief/alpha duties. I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror. Thinking how things have changed from 3 years ago. The reflection of me looked so different from a month ago. I looked happy and full of love. I smiled to myself as I opened the bathroom door and walked towards my closet to find some pajamas. I was grabbed from the back someone put a cloth over my face and I tried to fight back but I passed out. Everything went black. When I came too I was still wrapped in my towel but in a cell that looks to be in a basement or dungeon of sorts. There were what looked like human bones everywhere. My head was pounding. I started to look around for a way to escape. I heard footsteps approaching. I hurried and laid back down and pretended to be knocked out still. The cell door unlocked then opened and slammed shut and locked back. The footsteps got closer to me. "I know you're awake lovely." The man with the strange accent. I opened my eyes and sat up my legs close to my body. What do you want from me? I shouted at him. Even though I already knew what he wanted. My grandmother made it very clear. Now, Now let's not be nasty. You will be my bride my sweet Nevaeh." I already have two mates!! They will come looking for me. They will find me and kill you. "I don't think they will. You're a long way from home. Plus Zoey was a lot of help. If anything she is keeping them occupied right now as we speak. That's one thing about us warlocks Love spells work like a charm." He said with a wink. NOOOO!!!! "Oh but yes through their eyes Zoey looks like you. Mrs. Wolfe loved the idea of getting rid of you." I started to cry, my mates. "oh hush it doesn't matter now you're mine and no one else's. You should have let those muts mark you as soon as they became your mates. When I found out that your mother had a daughter. He paused and smiled an evil smile I had to come see for myself. A Rowen witch that was young and still alive. Of course you have mage werewolf blood running through your veins too. But I first saw you at your mates party you took my breath away. Silo stepped closer to me. I just knew I had to have you one way or another. plus you being a hybrid makes you a treasure no other warlock has. I tried to shift into my wolf foam but it wasn't happening. "Oh Nevaeh when will you learn my castle is enchanted, wolf powers don't work here." He grabbed my towel and pulled it off. He gasped at my body. "I'm surprised they haven't took your virginity with how breath taking you are." I tried to cover my body with my hands. He used powers to pin me down my hands above my head and my legs were spread apart. "I should take you right now and do what your mates have yet to do which is claim you. But I'll tame myself for now. Get comfortable, Nevaeh for we will be wedded by this weekend." I couldn't help but to start crying. "Oh now it's not that bad, beautiful. You will love me one way or another or you can be locked up down here forever until you do.

(Hendrix POV)

After I caught Felix up on everything he missed for the day. I went up stairs to see how my kittens day went. She was by the closet naked in a towel. She turned to look at me and dropped her towel. She started walking to me. I started to walk backwards. I wasn't so used to her making the first move. I backed into the bed and fell. She climbed on top of me. "Come on Hendrix don't you want me?" She grabbed my hands and placed them on her br**t. "I want you right now" she said. I can't, I gently shoved her off of me. You know the rules Nevaeh Felix and I both get to share you for the first time, And after that it's up to you if you want us both or one at a time. She looked at me with pouty lips. The answer is no. I thought you wanted to wait anyway? Felix came in the door and saw Nevaeh on the bed naked while I was standing at the end of the bed. "What the hell is going on here?" Felix shouted. He came up to me and shoved me I put my hands up and told him she is acting strange. Nevaeh looked at Felix then back to me. "Well you're both in here now. Take all of me I want you to mate and mark me." See she is acting crazy... I looked at my brother as I pointed my finger at her. Felix walked over to Nevaeh. He looked at her for a second. Felix mind linked with me. She isn't our mate Hendrix She doesn't have Nevaeh's scent. He was right I was so caught off guard that Nevaeh well who I thought was our mate was naked I wasn't even thinking about that. Holly Nevaeh's grandmother just went over this a couple days ago illusion and shape shifter spells and love spells. But if your love is true and deep you won't fall for it. And the spell will no longer work. We both looked back to the bed and the person started to shift to Zoey. Our mouths dropped "Zoey" we said at the same time. She stood up and ran to the mirror. "How?" she grabbed the towel and covered herself. Hendrix grabbed her arm. Where is Nevaeh? "OUCH! you're hurting me." I will kill you if you don't tell me where she is. "Okay, Okay let go of me, Silo the man with the weird accent. Your mother and I invited him here. Your mother and I overheard you two talking one day about the Russian man and Nevaeh having Rowan blood and he wants her. He promised us money for her. Also promised she would be out of our lives for good. What's So special about Rowan blood anyway. Let that Silo guy have her we are perfect for each other. We make more since then the help being your mate." She tried to rub her hand up my chest. I pushed her away from me. We are the alphas and if you can't respect your future Luna then from here on out you Zoey will be rogue, packless you are banned from the moon howl pack and the moon pack lands. If you come into our lands ever again you will be sentenced to death for dangering your future Luna and disobeying the alphas. Do you understand??? Zoey's eyes were wide she shook her head yes and just like that she was gone. I looked at my brother and told him we will deal with our mother later right now we need to find our mate. He nodded in agreement.
