Before turning this building into a bar, it used to be a beach house. When my agent informed me of it and took me there, he mentioned that it was owned by one of the founders of the beach. However, it was abandoned a while back. As soon as I saw the building, I fell in love and bought it instantly. I didn’t buy this myself, however, I contributed most of the money with two of my friends, Jonathan and Dennis.
We renovated it in such a way that it was a bar and a home simultaneously. We made the right decision because it was an overnight bar and restaurant. I didn’t want any distance to hinder me from performing my work well so, I stayed at the bar during the week and returned to my home sometimes because staying at the bar was extreme bliss.
