Josh's Point of View His arms tightened around Joelien’s waist as he carried her toward the bed, her breath warm against his neck, her fingers tangled in his hair. He lowered her onto the bed with deliberate slowness, his hands cradling the back of her head as if she were something fragile, something sacred.
