Clara's POV.
I watched as Jace's car arrived at his luxury white mansion and parked. The car ride had been silent so far. He got out of the car and came around to observe our baby, who was sleeping.
I got out of the front seat of the car too, and gently walked over to meet him.
"It's alright. You can go in," he said, gesturing for me to go inside, but I told him, "No, I want to see how you'll carry him."
Jace sighed, not saying a word in refusal. He carefully carried our baby out and took the little one inside.
"I had already set up his room with mine, as he will be staying with me until we get a nanny," I informed Jace, and he sighed.
"Alright."
