(Celine's POV)
Returning back to my room, I saw it was already past 8pm on the clock.
Staring at the gift in my hand that Jace gave me, I didn't want to throw it away, so I went into the closet and kept it safely in the wristwatch safe.
I exited the closet and returned back to my bedroom. Feeling the urge to use the bathroom, I went in there and relieved myself.
As I got out of the bathroom, I went to lay on the bed, thinking about Martin. I didn't switch on my phone as I wasn't ready for their confrontation. Then I slept off.
During the time of my sleep, I felt the presence of someone looming above me. I was too tired to figure out if it was a dream or real.
However, I succumbed to sleep.
The next morning, I awoke to find Jace sleeping on the bed with me.
