336 Words
Far beneath the mountain— the world still believed in the sky. --- Clouds moved. Seasons changed. Power was measured. Named. Ranked. --- Here— strength had structure. --- Across vast lands, countless sects rose like empires. Each one chasing the same thing— Ascension. --- The Order of Power In this world, cultivation was not a mystery. It was a system. Refined over eras. Documented. Taught. Controlled. --- From the lowest to the highest— each realm was divided into levels. --- Mortal Levels (1–9) Where the body is tempered and Qi is first sensed. Most never leave this stage. Earth Levels (10–14) Qi is refined. Techniques gain form. Sects begin to matter. Sky Levels (15–19) Laws are touched. Space bends. Geniuses rise here—or die. --- And then— --- Heaven Level (20) --- The Myth of Twenty Level 20 was not a stage. It was a legend. --- No records confirmed it. No sect claimed it. No one alive had seen it. --- But everyone— believed in it. --- To reach Level 20 was to transcend the system itself. To no longer follow the heavens— but stand beside them. --- Or above. --- Sects, Geniuses, and the Race Upward Names were everything. Rankings decided fate. --- Inner disciples. Outer disciples. Core heirs. Each fighting for resources. For recognition. For a chance to rise. --- Geniuses were discovered young. Trained harder. Given more. Expected to become legends. --- And yet— even the greatest among them… stopped at 19. --- Always. --- The Unseen Truth No one questioned it. Not truly. --- Because the system worked. It produced power. Order. Expectation. --- And limits. --- Limits— no one could cross. --- Far above all of it— beyond sky, beyond law— the mountain remained. --- Untouched. Unranked. Unreachable. --- And on that mountain— sat three disciples who had never heard of levels. --- And a man who had already stepped beyond them.
