IRENE I groaned as I woke up the next day feeling yet alone again. What makes me more angry is that I didn't get to tell him about getting a job. I got out of bed but as soon as I stood up, the soreness between my legs shot up. I winced and set back. We had a blown out s*x yesterday. Another two rounds were amazing and enough, but he wanted a third one. Every time I try to tell him about something that's bothering me, he just shuts me up and becomes controlling and dominant that it felt so hard to stop him from having s*x. I still wonder how he still manages to wake up early for work even after coming so late and after a long night. I let out a sigh and managed to get up again, walking skillfully to the bathroom. I seriously have to discuss this job thing with him or I might just die from boredom. First thing we discuss when he gets back. This time I shouldn't feel controlled or distracted. SEBASTIAN "Just f*****g kill me please." He begs in a shaky voice through his gritting teeth. I stare at him blankly through my mask as he cries for his death. "Why do you want to die now?" I asked. "I just want to die. You killed my whole family. What's there to leave? Tell me!!" He got another punch on his side for yelling at me from one of my men. "It's your fault, you know. You knew this was going to happen. But you chose to defy me." "I beg you for your forgiveness. I told you I'm sorry!! I f*****g said that!!!" He yelled in frustration while crying with shaky voice he was about to get another punch, but I raised up my hand to stop Stephan, one of my men. "Sorry? Really?" I got up from the chair and slowly walked up to him. "Will that bring back all the money you have been stealing?" I let out a chuckle. "My trust?" I said at his swollen, mishap face before walking past him. "I-I.....needed the money for my sister's illness." He stutters as a tear slides down his cheek. I snickered. "Sister you say?" I laughed at that. "I killed my own sister! And guess what? I'm still f*****g alive!" He gasped, trying to stare wide-eyed at his swollen eyes. I snickered. "I thought you heard about me outside before deciding to work under me." I said, taking the knife that was hanging on the wall, turning slowly towards him. "Now if you want to die so badly. Tell me all I have done for you to want death so desperately." He gulps loudly. "You burnt down the two clubs I spent my savings on." He chokes in his spite or blood, not sure. "You made people stop coming to my wife's restaurant. You burnt down my three-story building with my whole family in it." His voice cracks at the end. "All because I ran away with your freaking damn cash!" He spits out blood and cries out, sounding really tired. "I should have known it was you the moment one of my clubs caught fire. I should have known and left the country with my family." He let out a sob. "I still would have located you bastard. As long as you wrong me. I would always find you." I said, walking slowly back to him and standing a few inches away. "Okay, now it's time to choose. What do you wish to leave this cruel world with? Knife or gun?" He stares at me with hatred filled in his eyes. "Gun." He sneers. "Mm, good choice." I said before moving back. I took out my gun, pointing it at him. "Any last words?" "You'll regret this," he says. "Sleep tight." I said, not surprised by his words as I got them from some of the people I killed. I pointed the gun to his chest and set the bullet free. The sound of the bullet being let free and into his chest was loud enough to hear from outside this room. His veins popped out from his red-swollen face. His eyes tried to open wide through his swollen leads as he tries to endure the pain before giving up and his body went limp. I turned to Stephan. "You know what to do with his body." I tucked the gun back at the back of my pants. "Of course sir." He nodded. I walked towards the door and got out. I have two men guarding this door. I walked past them and started my way to the exit of this huge warehouse. Until I was stopped by yet another shaky voice. "Boss." I stopped on my track and turned around. Steve, my third person, stood in front of me with an unknown person at his back. "Steve." I called. "Just wanted to introduce you to the guy that wanted to join your Mafia gang." He moved aside as the guy, almost as tall as both of us, stepped forward and bowed. I stared at him for awhile. He has tattoos covering his whole neck, he has normal sized muscles and a long ear ring on one side with a cross at the end. He had the face I wanted. I turned to Steve with a questioning look. "His name is Lucas Mortan." "Has he done everything he needed to do?" "Yes Boss." "Background check?" "Clean," he replied. I turned back to the guy. "Welcome to the Black Scares." He smirks and nods. I turned to Steve. "I'm leaving." I said, turning back on my way out. I entered my silver Mercedes Benz and drove to my company. I do have a company. I didn't need one but I had to, to be able to convince my wife that I was all she ever wanted. The dream husband all ladies wish and dream of. A normal man who owns a whole thirty-floor building. Handsome, good-looking and a responsible man. But the truth is, I spend most time on my gang stuff, rather than my actual "workplace". I have been in this Mafia gang for years and killed lots of people to reach this position. I hate being disrespected and fooled by people. This Mafia gang means everything to me. I grew up in it. My parents till now didn't even know I was in the Mafia or that I was the cause of my sister's death. I covered it up very well. I prefer living this way than showing the true beast I am. The deadly wolf I am in sheep's clothing. I know by the time I'm exposed, I'll lose everything I love, including Irene. People have it that I'm called Black Mask. I'm also called "The Unknown", obviously, because no one can identify me besides just a few people in the gang. ***** I got inside my company, fixing my suit, with my mask kept somewhere no one would know but myself. "Morning sir." My reception her by bowing her head. I could see she was filled with fear as soon as I got in. I had nothing but silence as I stepped into the work area. I kept walking to my elevator, which is only for me to use. The others use the other elevator. I pressed the 15th floor and the elevator closed. A few minutes later, I got out and made my way to my office. "Morning sir." I turned to see my secretary. "Here is your coffee. I'll come back shortly to show you your schedule for today." She handed me my cup of coffee with shaky hands. I thought for a while that the cup would be empty before it got to my hand. "I'll be waiting." I said and turned to my office. I unlocked the door and went in. I dropped my suitcase on the table and went to my seat. I let out a sigh of relief and took a sip of my coffee, just as I like it. Argh. can't wait to leave this place already.
