Chapter 27 - Minotaur Dungeon Boss

"Sorry, can you say it one more time?"

"B-Be my Boyfriend!"

Rudy suddenly fell silent after hearing the statement that came from the sweet lips of this Job Class Gunner player named Violet. His eyes were quite wide and Rudy subconsciously put on a stupid expression.

How come? A college student of average appearance and low income, although now he could easily make money, it sounded like a stupid dream. Getting a declaration of love directed at him by someone younger than himself, how could that happen?

After that, Violet told the real reason why she wanted Rudy to be her boyfriend. It made Violet's face turn red, while Rudy just sighed heavily with a stupid expression.

"So you promised at Prom Night Saturday you'd bring your boyfriend as evidence to get the boys at school to stop chasing you, but you lied that you already have a boyfriend?"

Violet could only nod slowly like a chicken pecking at food, her responding to Rudy's interrogation question while closing her eyes tightly.

Rudy, who had heard the answer from Violet's mouth, could only hold his forehead and shake his head. His forehead throbbed slightly at Violet's very stupid request.

Rudy really wanted to refuse, but he couldn't just be heartless after being bound by a request he had to fulfill to repay the Hollow Swords Skill Emblem that Violet had just received from earlier.

Half an hour since Rudy and Violet finished resting, the two of them walked deeper down this hallway. Since they decided to continue the search, there were no more mob monsters or NPC Gnome Bandit monsters attacking this way. Rudy subconsciously swallowed his saliva after hearing Violet's unexpected reply. He once read in an article on the internet that the Minotaur monster in Axie Online is very strong even though it is only low level. The lowest level the Minotaur has is level 30.

For some reason, Rudy became happy and nervous at the same time. Maybe he was a little happy because the level of the boss he had to fight was higher than his current level, while what made him nervous was the feeling of not being sure that he could defeat this Dungeon Boss.

"Violet, you just need to help me. No need to be the main attacker!"

"O-Okay."

After giving directions to Violet, Rudy immediately rushed towards one of the Dwarves who was carrying a staff with a small skull on the end. It was the Dwarf Shaman.

Rudy attacked the Dwarf Shaman with his mighty Swing Skill while spinning a few times before his s***h hit the Dwarf Shaman's body. Rudy did that so that the resulting attack damage was greater than the original attack damage, even if it only increased a little.

Zraatt! Zraatt!! Zraatt!!

Three Swing slashes at once in the first attack made the Dwarf Shaman's Health Bar decrease drastically. This made the other Dwarves around and the Minotaur aware of Rudy's presence.

Even though he was caught, Rudy still gave the last swing to the Dwarf Shaman who immediately finished off the monster's Health Bar.

"Graaoooo!!"

The Minotaur roared loudly after learning that one of his comrades had been killed by the silver-haired player in front of him. The Minotaur monster raised and swung its ax vertically to attack Rudy. It's a shame because the Minotaur Monster's extremely slow movement was easily dodged by Rudy.

Rudy did not waste the opportunity and immediately kicked the ground where he was standing and then shot forward, this time he passed through the large space between the Minotaur's legs. After passing the bottom of the Minotaur Monster, Rudy accidentally saw 'that'. Spontaneously his stomach felt queasy and wanted to throw up, but he restrained himself because he was currently in a fight.

While running towards the other Dwarves, Rudy started to take a bottle of Poison I and a bottle of Energy Potion I from his Inventory. Rudy started to consume the purple liquid from Energy Potion I, then broke the Poison bottle with his sword so that the blade was filled with poison.

As soon as the preparations were complete, Rudy started swinging his sword again at the remaining Dwarf Monsters. The attack didn't stop even though it was blocked by the enemy's shield or weapon. When Rudy's sword was stuck and could not be used for a while, he started to use his hands and feet that were protected by the Ice Golem Gauntlet and Ice Golem Boots.

"I also want to test this skill. [Hollow Swords]!"

In the blink of an eye, there was a wisp of dark purple smoke coming out of Rudy's body. The plumes of dark purple smoke gathered at five different points one meter away from Rudy. Then in the next few seconds, the plume of smoke formed five black-purple semi-transparent swords that hung around Rudy's body.

The five black-purple swords instantly slashed the Dwarves who had become Rudy's opponents. The damage the Dwarves took was quite a lot and immediately took a safe distance from the silver-haired player in front of them.

"Hollow Swords, huh? This skill is good too."

The corner of Rudy's mouth subconsciously curved upwards, then gave a meaningful smile to the Dwarves who were currently fighting.
