After the second wave crushed the last monster, the Raid troops rearranged their positions. This time is not like before. Rudy began to order them to take the commonly used war formations.
The Tanker players at the front then followed the Attacker-type players at the back, then Healers and Mage, and in the last row there was an army of players with Job Class Archers or the like. This formation was used because Rudy felt this was the last round of the war between monsters against the player's Raid troops to fight for Livetuna City from destruction.
The scorching sun this afternoon made all the players feel stifling and hot, but they had their stock of food and drink supplies in their respective inventories, so it could relieve the dryness of the throat for a while. That's right, it's already noon inside Axie Online.
Rudy was also in the front row looking far ahead, precisely paying attention to the Viredeta village gate so that he could act quickly when the enemy troops attacked again. He was accompanied by Ramsey and Dalon on his right and left, while Kynel was in the lineup where the Mages gathered.
Even though Kynel was not confident in this kind of social group and felt pressured, the results were not as expected. Some Mage invited him to talk and establish a relationship with him. It can be seen from where Rudy is, she is having fun with her new friend.
"So what's your plan this time, Rudy?"
"No plans, only pure warfare remains."
"Eh? Seriously?"
"Seriously."
Dalon couldn't help but stare at the answer he didn't expect from Rudy. After all, it's true. In the current situation, there is no good enough strategy to win the war.
Rudy had already felt how difficult the elite monsters were when he was trapped in Viredeta village, but right now he couldn't think of any other good plan. Just the usual battles between players and monsters.
And for that Ramsey's strength is needed
Rudy subconsciously glanced at Ramsey who was playing with the little version of Gordon beside him. It made him shift away from Ramsey in an instant.
Rudy is afraid of cats because of an experience he received as a child. He once helped a cat that drowned in a river, but what he got in return were some deadly scratches that traumatized him to this day. As a child, of course, such an incident was very memorable.
Ignoring Ramsey and Gordon who were playing around with relieving tension and fatigue, Rudy looked at the Blackstar Sword and checked how fast he had progressed from absorbing all the monsters he had previously absorbed.
Blackstar Sword
Level: 21
Next Level: 27%
"Oh, this really works."
Rudy smiled enthusiastically knowing his sword had leveled up in a fairly short time. It was all thanks to this war that provided as many mob monsters as he could hunt as much as possible.
Even though he was able to do official quests from the Quest Center, he found it very inconvenient to find monsters that spread everywhere. Therefore, Rudy felt that this war was quite profitable even though it was very likely that he could die and be penalized as a punishment.
In the world of Axie Online level, status, equipment, and skills are very influential and highly regarded. The higher a person's level and status, the more reluctant other players are to him. In the second place, the equipment that accompanies the level and status is seen as the level of a player's size, then in the last place, the skills are seen.
Skills are indeed rare, but because of the rarity that makes skills not so important because everything depends on the ability of the player. That's the most important thing about VRMMORPG.
"The enemy is seen! The enemy is out of the gate!"
Hearing the call, Rudy and the rest of the Raid troops immediately stood up with their respective pieces of equipment ready to fight. Rudy took one step closer to make sure the enemy troops, while Ramsey who was already riding the large version of Gordon had grown to his original size while tightly gripping Gordon's feathers so as not to fall as Gordon flapped his wings at full speed forward.
Up ahead, at the gate of Viredeta village, there were already a bunch of Orcs, Hobgoblins, Colossal Wolf, Trolls, White Trolls, and several other races of mob monsters. Even though they were different, it seemed that the equipment they were wearing was of the same quality and could be said to be of quite a high status.
Most of the mobs were wearing silver iron armor Equipment with a faint purple glow, dark purple weapons, and a powerful aura that could make low-level monsters run wild. That matters enough to make the Raid troop personnel surprised and confused.
"Equipment with Divine Buff, huh?"
Everyone who heard Dalon's words was shocked. Who would have thought that the monster side would have Equipment with that much Divine Buff? This was clearly unbalanced from the opposing side.
"No, it's just the buff effect of the equipment. Divine equipment only appears purple when viewed in the inventory alone."
Everyone sighed at Dalon's error correction to which Ramsey immediately responded. How come? If the equipment used by the enemy was really equipment that had Divine Buffs, then their chances of victory would not be ten percent.
The effect of high-level equipment was indeed so great that it could even make a huge difference. After all, this player's Raid army couldn't win against an army of monsters that were mostly wearing equipment that had Divine Buffs.
Meanwhile, Rudy bit his finger to see a horde of monstrous mob monsters about 200 meters in front of him. He was thinking of some ways that could be used to reduce most of the enemies, but unfortunately, they weren't very effective. He could only think of one way and this way risked his life, abilities, and the gossip that circulated about him in the future.
"It has to be like that, doesn't it?"
Rudy clicked his tongue while muttering to himself. To reduce many enemies at once was the only way he could think of. He couldn't dodge anymore.
Along with a less mature plan that can be thought of, Rudy stepped forward leaving the front line troops. This made all the players who saw his actions shocked and confused. What made their main commander advance alone like that?
"All Mages under level 40 prepare your strongest Magic Skills!!"
Before things got even more confusing, Rudy immediately gave the next order to the Mage in the mid-range Raid army. Seeing the success of Rudy's previous plans, of course, they immediately obeyed his orders but with confused views and thoughts.
He was about 100 meters away from the enemy, but there was no sign of Rudy giving an attack command or anything. This made all the players in the Raid squad confused and worried and began to wonder.
But everything got even more strange because Rudy's screams were heard from a distance.
"All Mages just now, fire your Magic Skills at me!"
Hearing this call, the Mages who had prepared their strongest Magic Skills were each shocked. Not only the Mage but also all the players who heard his orders. Dalon and the other party leaders were as surprised as the other players. Only Ramsey and Kynel were not surprised, but they were quite worried about Rudy in front of him alone.
"Man alone! Attack!!"
"Attack!!"
Not wanting to wait any longer, the monster army took the first step to attack first using their elite group, the Orcs riding the Colossal Wolf. Meanwhile, other troops also followed behind them.
Rudy furrowed his brows knowing that not a single Magic Skill was hurtling towards him. He knew what they were afraid of, it was because he was a great strategist and commander in war. Losing a skilled strategist as well as a commander is a tough thing for a war troop.
Ramsey clicked his tongue, then raised a voice.
"Quickly fire and attack in groups!! The Mage throws Magic Skills at Rudy first, then the front troops attack with all their might!!"
Unable to bear the slow comprehension of the troops, Ramsey mustered his voice as hard as he could so the archers at the rear could hear his voice.
Understanding what Rudy and Ramsey were saying, Dalon joined in.
"Quickly carry out the orders! This is war, don't hesitate! Trust your strategists!"
The cheers from Dalon made the Mages even more convinced. His appearance is indeed attractive and charismatic, it can make everyone listen and believe in him. If he believes in Rudy, the Raid troops will automatically believe in Rudy.
"Everyone shoot!!"
"Shoot!!"
"Fire the magic!!"
A few seconds after Dalon let out his voice, all the Mages who were under level 40 immediately fired the strongest Magic Skill they had towards Rudy who was quite a distance away from them.
Rudy couldn't help but smile at the dozens of Magic Skills aimed at him through the sky. He immediately deployed Hollow Swords, then rode them to fly to reach all these Magic Skills.
Rudy started swinging the Blackstar Sword while absorbing all the Magic Skills sent from a considerable distance away many times until there was nothing left. Absorbing all these skills takes about 10 seconds.
After everything was devoured by the Blackstar Sword, he turned his body to face the horde of mob monster troops below him and carried out his plan.
"Magic Storm!!"
Without further ado, Rudy swung his sword and took out some of the Magic Skills he had obtained destroying the enemy's leading army in the form of Orcs riding the Colossal Wolf. Of course, after making that cool impression, he immediately sent out his next order.
"All troops, attack!!"
Attack!!"
With that order, all of the Raid player troops led by Ramsey and Dalon in the forefront immediately came forward to greet the enemy. The enemy side did the same thing, but the situation was slightly different.
The Raid side is superior because it has Rudy who is one of the few abnormal players in the world of Axie Online.
