My best friend mia walked in to my room or should I say ran through the door over dramatically might I add.

I closed my laptop which was sitting on top of my leg as i sat Indian style on my bed to give her my attention. Swinging her hands in the air in happiness she shouted my name on the top of her lungs.

She took a deep breath trying to calm her racing heart but still had a big smile on her face. She looked over elated.

what is it this time around?did she argue with her mom.

"Jess guess what, you won't believed what happen when I want to the pack house."She cried out shaking her body in happiness . She was wearing an off shoulder top paired with a leggings while I was till wearing my pajamas from last night.

" I found my mate,"her brown skin was glowing better than usual.

"What!" I screamed out ,my whole body straightened up at her word . You won't blame me of all the things I expected her to say not that. I mean I thought I will find my mate first before her . When we were both younger we placed a bet on who will be the first to find her mate first but I guess she already beat me to it.

"Mia tell me you are joking," I said to her, waiting for the part where she going to say, got you....you should have seen your face and we both would laughed.

" of course not , how will I joke about that,come on it's sacred ," she brought her hand from her chest to her slim waist in annoyance at the thought of her lying about something as sacred as a mate.

"Remember the star light pack that was visiting,"I nodded my head at her in understanding showing her as a sign to continue I was following," turns out the alpha couldn't make it due to some reason and my mate the beta came instead for the meeting. Isn't the moon goddess blessed for sending the love of my life at the time I need him the most ,"she finished happily waiting for my response.

"Wow mia. That so cool am speechless. I'm happy for you, now you are free from your mom. Congratulations." I said trying to act enthusiastic but we know that a lie.

" He was all I have ever dreamed of, about 6 foot tall, not too muscular ,with brightest and most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen and do you know the best part ?" I shaked my head at her at her question.

how would I know? .

" He's got two freaking dimple, He's perfect ." She sighed dreamily.

" wow congratulations," I said dryly with a little bit jealously in my tone maybe not a little , but who wouldn't I mean I am human sorry werewolf but seriously I am happy for her.

Mia and her family have been my rock since my parent died in an unexpected accident. They took me under their wings when I was just eight and provided for me until I became a grown ass independent nurse .Excuse my cliché sad story. But it's true.

I too wanted to meet my mate and feel all those weird stuff they said you will feel when you meet them but most importantly to feel loved and less lonely.

"God jess ,I felt sparks, everything was like I was been electrocuted but in a good way and they don't exaggerate when they say you get lost when you look into your mate eyes ,I felt like I was drowning but in an awesome way." She rambled on and on about the feeling of her mate making me depressed as never before.

Could she shut up.

" so mia what's going to happen are you moving in with him immediately, are you going to leave me, I know I sound selfish but I am going to miss you,"I said while trying to hold my tears back in my eyes. I stood up from my bed moving towards her.

"I miss you jess, you know you are my ride or die but since my mate is the beta of his pack ,he's really possessive and can't allow me more then five minutes out of his sight. You also know me too well ,how I don't like doing to new places but I have no choice, besides you will be visiting pretty soon to look for your mate too ,"she said trying to console me .

The star rise pack are the largest pack in the world located in America ,while our pack the sunlight pack is the fifth largest in the world located in Africa. yeah we will be whole continent apart from each other.

Their alpha Alexander is a direct descendant from moon goodness herself,him and his family has the strongest blood line ...yeah hard to believe but it's true. My best friend has been my rock since forever ,she's is really lucky to be mated to the beta of that pack.

" mia when are you actually leaving, " I asked again biting my lips.

be strong Jess you can do this,don't be a selfish brat,I mentally thought.

" today actually, my mom's already helping me pack, for someone's whose daughter is traveling across to a whole continent she's happy ?weird right,I'm sure she's really happy to finally gotten rid of me.

Poor women has been waiting for the day we both find our mate to finally get rid of our troublesome selves.

"OK no problem but I am going to miss you ,make sure you call me everyday and chat me up every night. " I told her in a serious voice.

" don't worry my mate Jonathan told me there will be a ball in a month and you are going to come so no a agruement ,don't worry free ticket ,perks of being best friend with the beta's mate ." She said reassuring me.

With that I hugged her the life out of her ,I was really to miss her.
