Agent Lloyd had gone back to the comfort of her office downtown, leaving Tony and Tooms to dig up information on the men on the bus. If Steel had been right, the bus was made to have undergone that crash, and someone on that bus knew about it. Tooms looked around to see where McCall and Steel had stashed themselves.
“Hey man, where's McCall and Steel … thought they would be back from the ME's by now?” He groaned as he looked at the mountain of files on the inmates who had travelled on that bus.
