The Legend
Someday – whenever the Norns, those inscrutable spinners of fate, decree it – there shall come a Great Winter unlike any other the world has yet seen. The biting winds will blow snow from all directions, and the warmth of the sun will fail, plunging the earth into unprecedented cold. This winter shall last for the length of three normal winters, with no summers in between. Mankind will become so desperate for food and other necessities of life that all laws and morals will fall away, leaving only the bare struggle for survival. It will be an age of swords and axes; brother will slay brother, father will slay son, and son will slay father.
The wolves Skoll and Hati, who have hunted the sun and the moon through the skies since the beginning of time, will at last catch their prey. The stars, too, will disappear, leaving nothing but a black void in the heavens. Yggdrasil, the great tree that holds the cosmos together, will tremble, and all the trees and even the mountains will fall to the ground. The chain that has been holding back the monstrous wolf Fenrir will snap, and the beast will run free. Fenrir, with fire blazing from his eyes and nostrils, will run across the earth, with his lower jaw on the ground and his upper jaw against the top of the sky, devouring everything in his path.

Pro-Log
William and Lucus his beta where on their way back from the central pack territory.
The meeting with king Gavin went like normal other than really suspicious way the rogues have been moving.
“It's almost like the rogues are trying everything they can to hide… but from what?” William wonders out loud.
“Maybe they feel a change… I mean with Everett getting his wolf age the age of 10…” Lucus added
“yes… he is very unique child, most likely the most powerful alpha born… well apart from Fenris himself…” William said.
But before he could finish his words when a familiar smell, one that should bring happy memories, sends his body into lockdown.
It's smoke, but not the kind that comes from a fireplace; it's the kind that comes from the burning of timber.
This part of the woods isn't the place for a campfire, something's wrong, very wrong and William knows it.
He looks in the direction that the smoke is coming from.
William looks to “Lucus do you smell that?” Lucus nods in agreement.
They both take off towards the hew, only to come a small cottage.
The smoke smell drifts out of the open window as strongly as an incense stick.
At first, that's what he thinks it is until he sees the volume of the grey mist squeezing under the open sash window.
That's when he feels the panic rise up and his mouth goes dry.
The house is on fire.
That’s when William hears a faint cry of a child coming from the cottage.
Without any hesitation William runs into the burning house.
Lucus tries to stop his alpha but is was too late William is already in through the door.
William was looking everywhere but with the smoke blocking most of his senses.
The house was almost fully engulfed in flames when he spotted a small lump in the corner of the last room.
He picks up the small child and runs for the nearest window with a load crash the glass and wooden frame broke into pieces.
Lucus ran over to his alpha having already notified the clan of what had happened.
“Sir are you o…” before he could finish the sight of a pair of small emerald green eyes were staring back at him.
After a few minutes William breaks his beta's stare, "Lucus do you see this on the back of her neck….”
They both pear at the back of the child's neck and there was the mark of the moon goddess and of Fenris.
The wolf and crescent moon mark.
It was that moment that william understood way there was unrest with the rouges it was her the daughter of the moon born to this world from fire.
William look and her in wonder and asked “child do you have a name?’
The little girl looked up to him with her large eyes and replied “May” then past out completely.
