He was strolling along the treeline of nightfall talking with Ian about his pack, getting an update; there had been a rogue attack just on dawn, and he’d felt wolves sever from him, it had woken him from his sleep. Allen was currently up there out in the pack consoling a she-wolf. They’d lost one border patrol man and a junior warrior who’d been out on an early morning run and was close enough to the attack to go and assist, but hadn’t been able to beat the incoming either.
