He and his unit were seated in that conference room after he’d given his Alpha’s oath not to attack or harm any of his enemies that maybe in the room. It was standard procedure for all Alpha Meetings.
This was very much the same as when in the Kingdom. The only difference between this oath and that one, was that it was given to the king’s Beta himself. And one had to also swear they would not harm any within the king's bloodline or any member of the Nightingale city itself. Was done at the gates to the city.
There were 36 packs in this room, he was allied to only half a dozen of them and his pack was a sworn enemy to one of them. His eyes moved about the room. The Black Forest pack were already seated, as were The Bloodless Moon and Cloudy Haven. Obsidian was yet to be seated.
