Chapter 3 : Never forgiving him

Akira's POV~
We both went outside of the washroom. I saw my brother standing in the same hallway.
"He is the one who accused me of stealing," Harshi hissed, looking at him. My brother slightly had a guilty look but soon covered his emotions when he saw Harshi hissing at him.
We both went past him. Harshi sat on the seat, thinking something.
"Harshi, what happened?"I asked.
"Nothing. I will never forgive him. He raised his question on my self respect ", she said.
"Don't forgive him. He should know he messed up by questioning you, "I said.
"Yep," she nodded at me.
After the completion of our classes, it's already evening. We both got out of the class.
"Hey Fatty, Carry my bag," Mina threw her bag on me.
"She won't." Harshi took the bag and threw that on Mina. Mina hissed, but Harshi dragged me quickly out of there.
I just don't know what to feel.
Harshi took the scooty. We both sat on the vehicle.
"So, will you come today for the celebration?"Harshi asked.
"Why I will do in your family celebration?"I asked her.
"Are we having this conversation again? I said, "You're my family," Harshi said.
"I don't want any arguments." Harshi cut me off when I was about to say something.
"Okay. I will come. Just ping me the address, "I sighed.
"That's like my friend. You are best, "she chirped.
I am best? Really? I don't think so
"What happened? What are you thinking?"she screamed.
"Nothing in particular," I said.
"Okay," she sighed.
She dropped me off at the bus stop.
"I know you want to drop me at my house, but I am going with my brother, so don't worry," I said when she was about to start her rant.
"Where is your so-called brother? Can't he come to the bus stop at the correct time?" Harshi hissed. I giggled at her.
"Don't worry. He will come soon, "I said. She sighed and nodded.
"Okay. Freshen up and be ready. I will share the address soon," she said and went off.
"Okay, but drive safe," I said. She smiled and went off.
I sighed and sat on the bench. I saw my brother car stopped near the bus stop.
I went and sat in the car. I saw my brother staring at me, but I ignored him. I don't want to talk to him, he insulted my friend.
"What happened, sweetie?" he asked innocently.
I huffed in anger. I glared at him. I looked away from him.
"Aki, I want to just confirm.."I cut him off my by saying.
"Confirm? What do you wanna confirm?" I screamed at him.
"I felt she has wrong intentions," he said while looking away.
"Huh?" I scoffed, looking at him.
"She is better than you. She doesn't judge me. She is my friend. Don't you dare insult her again, "I yelled at him.
"What can I do other than look after you? you are naive. I am your brother. Can't I take one decision for you?" he asked while gritting his teeth.
"I am naive? I know world how they are. That's why I said we need to act as strangers in school, "I said to him.
"She doesn't even know anything about me. She is my true friend. I want her in my life forever, "I said to him.
"I know I judged her wrongly. I am sorry for that, " he said. I scoffed hearing him.
Soon, the car is filled with silence. After some time, we reached our home. I went inside the house. I saw Mom and Dad already left, leaving a note that they need to leave immediately for work.
I ignored him and went upstairs. When I was about to enter my room, he held my hand.
"Aki Aki.. I am just worried for you," he said.
"Please don't worry for me. Please don't interfere in my life," I said, glaring at him.
"Aki, please.."I said.
"I am begging you, Please don't involve in my life. I can take decisions myself, "I said and slammed the door on his face.
"Aki," he said with a broken voice.
I cried, hearing his voice. I don't have any problem with him. He is the best brother I could ask for, but he always interferes and starts passing his orders on me.
I cried while falling on my bed. I buried my face in my pillow. I don't know why I am like this? I am also making others cry as well. Everybody is crying because of me.
I am the reason for everyone's misery. I cried in pain.
I didn't know when I fell asleep. I woke up when I heard my phone ring.
"Aki.. Where are you?"I heard Harshi's voice.
"Huh?"I said while clearing my throat.
"I pinged you the address. Come fast. We have already started, "Harshi said.
"Okay," I said.
After some time, I get up and freshen up myself. I wear a crop top and jeans.
After that, I put on some makeup to cover my swollen eyes.
I went outside of my room. I went downstairs. I saw my brother cooking in the kitchen.
I went inside the kitchen. I took a bottle from the fridge.
"I am going outside. Don't cook for me, "I said nonchalantly while drinking the water.
"Hm," he hummed. I scoffed, seeing him sulking.
"Where are you going?" he asked. I took my phone out. I saw the address. The restaurant is just 10 min away.
"It's near by restaurant. Shooting stars restaurant, "I said. He hummed.
"Take the driver with you," he said. I went while humming a little.
After going to the restaurant, I was standing outside. I saw a car stop in front of me. I saw Harshi and Harshi's mom getting out. I saw her dad go to the parking lot.
"Hi aunty", I smiled widely at Harshi's mom.
"Hi Aki," she said while patting my hair.
"Hello guys.. Am I here too? Am I invisible?" Harshi pouted.
Aunty and I both laughed at her whining. Soon, her dad joined.
"I only have you, dad. They both are ignoring me, " she whined to her dad.
"Oh.. Don't worry, princess. Dad will always side with you", Her dad said.
She immediately went to her and hugged him.
We all laughed at her drama.
"Okay. If your drama is done, can we go inside?" Harshi's mom said while rolling her eyes at them.
"You are jealous, mom," Harshi said. Then Harshi and Harshi's dad laughed at her.
"Why I will be jealous? I have Aki with me. Aki, let's go. They are being annoying, " Harshi's mom said while grabbing my hand.
I laugh at them. This family is too cute.
We all went inside. After ordering, we all eat, talk, and laugh. I felt a lot more at ease as Harshi's parents are too sweet.
After some time, Harshi and I went outside to stroll. Her parents also wanted to spend time with each other. We excused ourselves quickly.
"Harshi," I said.
"Yes Aki", she said.
"I wanted to ask.."I said but stopped when her expression changed from normal to furious.
"What happened?"I asked while holding her hand.
"See that rich brat. He is also here. I swear, Aki. I will never forgive him, "Harshi said, looking at my brother.
"Harshi.."I trailed.
"Aki.. I hate him so much. How can he judge people like that? What right does he have to do that? Just because he is rich, " she spatted.
