Chapter 3

Nicholas Dunst is the Chairman of the Board of directors at the Dunst Enterprise,

He founded the company alongside his elder Brother Hans Dunst Hadrian's father,

although his stake was only 15 percent.

But in 30 years of being a board member of the company he has amassed a massive fortune, which has allowed him to own a lot of magnificent luxury items.

His major residence is a 100million dollar high-end mansion

Built along the coastline of the expensive beachside district of Oakcity directly overlooking the Salt Sea.

Hadrian has just arrived at his uncle's residence, he was more or less summoned a day before over what transpired between him and the Fibonaccis.

Hadrian found Nicholas casually dressed as he just swam at the infinity pool at his penthouse on the rooftop,

he had only a towel gown on and

handing him a glass of expensive French wine was his wife

Selena.

Selena who is a whopping 30 years younger than him is a famous actress who is more than happy to be the trophy wife of the 55-year-old billionaire.

They met a year ago at the lavish birthday party celebrated by Nicholas that even dignatories like the mayor of the city were hosted for days at his residence.

Selena does seem to have an eye on Hadrian,

giving him stares and suggestive glances whenever they come in contact,

Hadrian on the other hand doesn't mind bedding her if he gets the chance,

but aside from that he has no intentions of having anything serious with her.

"Hadrian "! Nicholas called out giving his nephew a big hug with a broad smile on his oval face

" good day, uncle ".Hadrian replied with a stiff disposition, He hates formalities

" oh don't be formal with me, it's been ages since you've been here"

Holding his hand he took him to his wife.

"You've met Selena before right,? isn't she a snack"?

He added,

his eyes going up and down over his wife

That all she was to him was a snack and soon he would be done with her and get himself another one,

he doesn't mind the money involved, he can afford it.

"Yes uncle, how are you Selena" Hadrian replied leaning forward to give her a peck on the cheek

" very well Hadrian, "

It's good to see you again, it's been a while since you stopped by"

She winked as she received backward a little from his embrace.

Just before Hadrian could reply, Nicholas came forward

"Sorry to break the chit-chat apart but we have a business to discuss," taking his nephew's hand he turned to face Selena

"Wait for me in the lounge".

She obeyed without question and disappeared into the mansion.

before Nicholas could speak, Hadrian went on

"Look Uncle, if this is about my decision to eject the Fibonacci from the Silver Street property,

it's final and I'm not going back on it ".

With a confused stare, Nicholas responded

"What the hell are you talking about son?".

The surprised Hadrian could only lower his tone

"It's not that,?

then what's so urgent that we couldn't discuss over the phone".?

With a serious look in his eyes, Nicholas responded

" there has been a high-profile k********g in Oak City".

"Who is the victim,? The mayor?".

Looking straight into Hadrain's eyes

"it's Rava Sinja, it will soon be all over the press by now".

Genuinely shocked and bothered over his friend's safety Hadrain replied.

" how and when did this happen".

"It happened

Yesterday night, the Buffon was hosting an Orgy at his residence,

some of the people invited were part of the kidnappers,".

" damn! Could this be payback on us for what happened last week"

Hadrian couldn't hold his anger

" I doubt son, whoever did this, had it all planned out from the moment the Maharaja 's family decided to send Rava over here, your little brawls downstreet can't lead to this".

"I guess the mayor is involved by now,

and we all know who is responsible, only one personality in Oak City is notorious for such crimes".

Hadrian replied with disdain written all over his face.

"Don't point fingers yet, let the police do the investigating....they dropped a time for us to expect their call this night to get their demands."

Hadrian stayed quiet for a moment and then spoke

" Thanks for keeping me posted Uncle, I'll be leaving now"

as he walked on towards his car

Nicholas called out

"don't do anything stupid Hadrian".

But he didn't reply, he had had enough and he was determined to pull the cartel to the ground.
