916 Words
It has been two months since she lay flat on that bed, but I am not losing hope as her breath keeps getting stronger and stronger, and my men are waiting for our next mission. We are just a small thug group me as the leader. I'm trying to make ends meet. I take one look at her no lie she is gorgeous and you can tell she is more than that as for now she is not fully recovered. I wonder what happened to her, what her story has to do with this miserable state. I step outside to meet the guys in the lounge. We are not in the ocean now. We are at our residence. They salute. "We need to move fast. Samson will be here to collect his money." "Yes, boss, we have wasted time on that woman we need to make our next move." "Yes, boss, I wish we had never bought that woman on board. Look, now you were...." The man didn't finish his statement when a fist landed on his face. "Don't spit nonsense. " It turned quiet even though they are not scared of Victor. They respect him because he helped them when they were at their lowest. "Since you want the job so bad, tonight twelve midnight, we will bomb the ATM." "But boss, we have never bombed an ATM before." "There is a first time for everything. " "But." "No, but now go and prepare." They went in separate ways, dissatisfied, and I turned to the only room that brought peace to my heart. I grab a chair and sit beside the bed while brushing the strands of hair off her face to reveal the most beautiful face I have ever seen. KISSES 💋 STRIP CLUB I thought I could forget her. I thought it wasn't that deep, but I've been lying to myself because I could not get her off my mind. The memories we made together were unforgettable, her smile, laugh, touch, and kisses. I feel like I lost a big part of me and a precious gem. I thought I could forget about her if I distract myself and I've been f*****g hoes but all I see is her damm sweet smile and innocent face. But I made a promise to end her life and family. I can't let down my parents. It needed to be done either way. I spot Samson going to the bartender I walk up to him and tap him on the shoulder and he turns to face me. "Where is my cash?" He forced a smile that I hate. "Haaa, Steven, my man, I will collect it today." "Don't f**k with me Samson you are telling me this place isn't making any money you have to go and collect it from somewhere " "The thing is Steven our operation doesn't have anything to do with KISSES and I can't afford to make a loss in the Club " He is playing right I bet I didn't hear right. "So you're telling me I can't get my money because of your lame excuse ncncncnc Samson you're playing right?" I look at him with eyes that say Don't f**k with me. "Give me two days max to come up with your money. You know I don't own this Club I'm just a front guy I can't do as I please" "Your problem no mine give me what mine Samson. Two days max is all I give you and bring me two women to my usual place." Samson is fuming as he watches Steven's back as he goes up the stairs. "And don't forget the forces behind me, so don't mess with me." Samson is now seeing red as he fishes out his phone from his pocket to dial a number. "Get the boys we're seeing Victor today. I have to collect what's mine." He stormed off to fetch two ladies for Steve. On the other side, Steven arrives at his suit and dials a number while having a sip of the whiskey waiting for the other side to pick up the call. On the other side of the call, a woman knocks on the door. "Come in," A husky voice responds to the knock, and the woman pulls the knob and enters. She is welcomed by darkness. She squinted her eyes to try and locate the man the last time he was at the window, but he is not there today. "Talk," came a husky voice again "Sir, the man called again," "What did he want?" "I didn't answer it," Just as the woman finished talking, the call came again. "Is it him?" That husky voice again, and the woman nods, but remember, the man couldn't see her as it was dark. "Yes, sir, it's him." "Answer it." On the other side, Steven cracked a big smile as the phone was answered. "Am I speaking to the big boss?" He asks with big respect. "No, but he is present," came a soft voice from the woman. The smile deepened on Steven's face. "How are you, big boss?" No response from the phone for about a minute. Steven checks if the call is still connected, and to his surprise, it is, but the smile on his face disappears as he asks the most important question he wants to ask. "It's been two months now the promise you made hasn't been fulfilled. When Are you taking me in THE SILENT KILLER CLAN?"
