Rain      I know he’s right but it doesn’t make it any easier for me to hear. I don’t say a word to him after that and it kills me inside to ignore him. I turn the TV on and stare straight ahead. I hear the door open and Troy comes in and sits on the chair across from me, watching the TV with me. Mason comes over to me and tries to kiss me before he leaves for the search but I turn away from him. His lips lightly brush against my cheek before he sighs and gives me a heartbreakingly sad look and walks out.       I feel uneasy for hours while we wait for him to come back. I know it was unfair of me to avoid him and to push him away but my hormones are out of control and I was upset in the heat of the moment. A knock on the door makes me jump.
